@tapebbeats and friends STORYTIME🌀🤪❤️‍🔥basically a love letter to the rave/festival scene for being so freaking magical and bringing so many amazing humans into my life!!

Ok now storytime:

I was staying in the Pocono mountains in Pennsylvania in October and when I saw that Tape B had a show in Philly, obviously I had to go.

I took the bus to Philly to go to the show with @partysaferwithjess, a long time internet friend of mine! We became friends on TT because we're both in similar niches and in the festival scene.

It was our first time meeting in person and she was kind enough to let me stay with her & her husband 🥹 It immediately felt like we were old friends once I arrived, and tbh I had no doubt it would feel like this.

I LOVE meeting my online friends IRL and it's how I've made most of my best friends!! I'm so glad her husband was ok with her inviting a stranger from the internet to stay with them hahaha.

The show itself was so freaking fun and I was also very honored that Jess came to a bass show with me since she's more of a house girly 🤪🤪

What made the show even better is that I also got to meet up with my girl @kpzngx who I hadn't seen since she attended one of my EVOLVE retreats in 2023!! It was so fun getting to reunite and to also meet her sister/homies 💕🫶🏼

Then, since @sophiabarri is the ultimate connector, she put me in a group chat with @sarahewalkerr who was also at the show 💫

Obvi any friend of Sophia's is a friend of mine and we immediately hit it off. It was so funny when Sarah pulled out a little llama trinket because I HAD THE EXACT SAME ONE!! I had been given it by Sophia's friend Cole who I'd met at the LSZEE shows at red rocks. They're in the same rave fam which I luv🫶🏼

I also met @mi3ean who knew me from TikTok. I haven't been as active there over the last couple of years and I really need to get back into it... I've met SO many cool humans through there and this was a good reminder of that 🥹

God, I love festivals, friends, & the internet.

San Pedro (wachuma) is a sacred plant medicine that is traditionally used for spiritual healing, heart-opening, and deep introspection.

You feel super connected to yourself, others, nature, and the universe.

What I love about San Pedro is that if something comes up for you that you need to work on, you're able to zoom out from that thing and really look at it with love and empathy, and from a higher understanding and perspective.

It really allows you to accept what's coming up for you and let it go.

And I just love having allllll the deep life chats and heart to hearts and connecting so deeply with everyone on the retreat 🥹🥹

Jess & I have been internet friends for years and in October I finally got to visit her in Philly! I stayed at her place and we went to see Tape B. She's usually a house girl so it was fun getting her to be a wook for a night 🤪 also she's just the coolest person ever and I'm so grateful to now be IRL friends!
