The best part about my retreats is the COMMUNITY and the friendships made 🥹🫶🏼

Full "Behind the Scenes at the Conscious Creator retreat" episode with @brittanybento3 out now on my podcast, Vibing Higher 🎧🎙️🍃

Yeah at my retreats the healing and the transformation is amazing, and magical, and profound, and life changing, and all the things...

BUT the reason I keep hosting my retreats, both the Conscious Creator retreat (which Brittany attended) and EVOLVE, is because of the incredible humans who attend.

All this began simply because I love to bring like-minded humans together.

To have people in your life on the same wave length as you who just get you, and love you, and are there to support you NO MATTER WHAT... is truly an unmatched experience.

Plus add in the fact that everyone on the Conscious Creator retreat also understands what the journey of being a public figure and being seen by millions of people is like 🫠🫠

That's a whole other crazy thing to bond over... and ya I think you need to be slightly crazy to put yourself out there online 😅😅

Shoutout to my soul fam, and HUGE SHOUTOUT to my bff and soul sis and creator retreat co-creator and co-host, @latha_jay_ ❤️

And also a huge shoutout to the god/the universe/source because these retreats truly are divinely orchestrated 🪄✨

Go listen to this episode and let me know what you think 🫶🏼

Tapping into sacred RAGE with @brittanybento3 🪄🤬❤️‍🔥

At my most recent Conscious Creator retreat I interviewed all of my retreat attendees during our time together in the jungle.

Part 2 of this "Behind the Scenes" series features Brittany, an incredible medium and channel who offers professional readings when she's not on retreats in Costa Rica 🤪

In this episode we talk about the rage ritual we experienced (which was absolutely WILD), plant medicine, channeling, and more.

Go listen to the full episode with Brittany on my podcast, Vibing Higher, now 🎧🎙️🍃🧚🏼‍♀️ Out on all platforms!

How to tap into your intuition & channeling power with @auntiebree_ ✨🧚🏾‍♀️

Bree is a past life regression hypnotherapist, tarot reader, and energy healer. She specializes in ancestral healing & inner-child work.

She's one of the most power channels & mediums that I know, and it's honestly pretty wild to be in her presence as she channels source, people's past lives and ancestors, and more.

In this clip she shares her advice on unlocking your own intuitive gifts 🪄

My podcast, Vibing Higher, is out on all platforms and you can listen to Part 2 of my "Behind the Scenes at the Conscious Creator retreat" series now 🎙️🎧

that time we did an unplanned rage ceremony with @indiamayorga and it was one of the hardest/craziest (and most transformative) experiences of our lives

I low-key wanted to pull the host card and sit the experience out 😂😂 obviously I didn't do that (shoutout @auntiebree_ for not letting me run away hahahaha)

Also shoutout to everyone on the conscious creator retreat for being such safe and supportive and loving humans. And to India for facilitating this powerful experience.

I don't think we could've done this without India there to create the container and hold the space, and without all of us there to be there for one another ❤️

@manifestwithgigi shares her San Pedro experience at my Conscious Creator retreat on @vibinghigherpod 🎙️

San Pedro (wachuma) is a sacred plant medicine that is traditionally used for spiritual healing, heart-opening, and deep introspection.

You feel super connected to yourself, others, nature, and the universe.

What I love about San Pedro is that if something comes up for you that you need to work on, you're able to zoom out from that thing and really look at it with love and empathy, and from a higher understanding and perspective.

It really allows you to accept what's coming up for you and let it go.

And I just love having allllll the deep life chats and heart to hearts and connecting so deeply with everyone on the retreat 🥹🥹

Tune into this episode to hear about our San Pedro experiences + aliens + so much more 🎧🌵👽
