Ive been missing so much lately..
How the ocean heals me, embracing the sweetest moments with my friends, having special experiences with my yoga students, enjoying beach days with a book, & surfing fun waves. I’m looking forward to brighter days! •
In the mean time everyone continue to stay positive and healthy. •
I’ll still be offering my Yin/Deep Relaxation class via Zoom every Wednesday at 7:30. This class is just $11 through the yoga studio I teach at in San Juan. Go over to @vibrastudiopr - click link in their bio to sign up for my class. I understand a lot of people are offering free classes but this is actually my livelihood so it’s important to remember who your supporting in times of need. ✨I love you all! Many blessings!✨
