🌿 ONE RETREAT LEFT IN 2026 + 2027 DATES ARE HERE + $500 OFF 🌿 Lots happening at Seraphaya right now… ✨ Our final retreat of 2026 is November 4–8 in Orlando. 🌿 Our full 2027 schedule is officially here. 💚 And anyone who completes their medical intake, is approved, and books by October 31 gets $500 OFF their retreat. I know some of you have been waiting for these dates, so here they are: 🌿 Nov 4–8, 2026 | Orlando — FINAL 2026 RETREAT 2027: 🌿 March 8–12 | Orlando 🌿 April 21–25 | St. Louis 🏳️‍🌈 June 3–6 | Orlando — LGBTQ+ 🌿 Sept 4–10 | Orlando — 7 days + 3 ceremonies 🌿 Oct 6–10 | St. Louis 🌿 Nov 1–5 | Orlando September will be our only 7-day, 3-ceremony retreat of 2027. All other retreats are 5 days except June, which is 4 days/3 nights. And one big change for next year: we’re reducing our capacity from 12 guests to 8. We’ve learned that 8 is our sweet spot. It gives us the intimacy and connection that are so important to what we do. Seraphaya has never been just about Ayahuasca. It’s ceremony, integration, nervous system regulation, movement, community, incredible food, and having tools to take home with you when the retreat ends. 💚 $500 OFF any remaining 2026 or 2027 retreat when booked by October 31. If you’ve been waiting for the right time, maybe this is it. 💚 Please fill out our medical intake before registering. And if you have questions, reach out to @yogaplantsthoughts https://www.seraphaya.org/start-your-journey #AyahuascaRetreat #PlantMedicineHealing #wellnessretreats #HealingRetreat #Seraphaya

Life happens in the NOW. If you are dwelling on the stories of the past or the outcomes of the future, you are missing the whole point. Take some time to slow down. Observe the moments. Soak it all in. Because you came to experience it all. We often disconnect from the present as a way to cope. But what if that’s what keeps you from living a life you’re grateful for? We are equipped with everything we need to navigate our human experience. Presence makes it a lot more fun. #sananga #plantmedicine #presence #mindfulness #integrationcoach

Sananga is one of many tools and medicines I use to navigate deeper states of awareness. Having the right tools and understanding of how to use them is invaluable. If you’re looking to develop more tools, deepen your awareness, or are simply learning to come home to yourself… I can help. Check my bio or reach out for more info on my offerings. You can be and do anything with the right knowledge, application, and support. #sananga #plantmedicine #cominghometoyourself #integration #alignmentcoach

I absolutely love this medicine and its gentle reminders that pull me back to my center! Living a healthy life requires you to check in with yourself. Moments that show you you’re out of alignment are gifts. Usually the key lies in finding your way back to the present moment. #sananga #plantmedicine #presence #integration #alignmentcoach

Day 2 of 40 sananga reset. I absolutely love this medicine and the wisdom that comes with it. We can achieve anything we put our mind and our actions to. Especially when we do it with love and trust at the center. Clarity requires integration. Integration is my specialty. If you’re in a place of clarity but don’t know how to turn that into embodiment, reach out. I can definitely help. #sananga #plantmedicine #integration #wisdom #goalsetting

Something so powerful happened last night. My best friends put together a mother blessing for me as I enter motherhood in just a few short weeks. I’ve been trying to put into words the gratitude I feel towards these women all day. The intentions woven into every single detail had me in tears. This initiation into motherhood on summer solstice eve, had me feeling not only pure joy but also so much confidence going into this new journey and uncharted territories of my life. Knowing that I have support from strong ass, deeply connected women is a feeling I can’t describe. And yes, a wild deer showed up and hung with us the entire time. I am still in awe. Last night was a night I will never ever forget. Thank you God for this life 🥹💗
