A taste of the Opera 2 tasting menu at VICI Restaurant ✨

An experience centred around seasonal ingredients, authentic flavours and refined Italian cuisine.

From the grilled zucchini with aromatic leaves, tangy mint sauce and herb extract, to the cuttlefish & celery salad that literally tasted like summer 🌿

The beef short rib with creamy onion sauce was absolutely delicious, but the gnocchi with scampi & tarragon were definitely my personal favourite. 🤍

You can also elevate the experience with a wine pairing, choosing between 3 or 5 glasses to complement the menu.

What I loved about VICI is its “One place, two souls” concept with VICI Bistrot and VICI Restaurant offering two completely different dining experiences under the same roof.

NEW!!!

On the occasion of DUCO Italy, a unique gastronomic collaboration came to life at Joia, the Michelin-starred restaurant awarded with the Michelin Green Star, led by Executive Chefs Raffaele Minghini and Sauro Ricci, in partnership with InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace and Six Senses Rome.

Our Executive Chef Marco Ciccotelli had the honour of opening the experience with Foglie e zucchine, setting the tone for a journey rooted in seasonality and refinement.

The experience continued with Minghini and Ricci’s creations, including Elogio alla purezza, Ombelico del mondo, and Appunti di viaggio, expressing Joia’s signature philosophy through vegetable-forward, contemporary cuisine and a deep focus on sustainability.

A refined expression of collaboration, creativity, and contemporary Italian cuisine.
