A room full of Agents who are serious about getting better.

Grateful for the opportunity to sit down with some of The Agency’s top luxury agents to share ideas, strategies, lessons learned, and what’s actually working right now.

Smart women, big ideas, and a lot of generosity in one room. Raising the bar and pushing each other. Always better together. #theagencyre

Happy National Dog Day to the real VIPs (very important pups) of the office. 🐾 They may not sell homes or close deals, but they do excel at client greetings, snack negotiations, and stealing the spotlight. Here’s to our four-legged coworkers who keep us all working like a dog. 🐶🏡

Coffee, competition & community ☕️💪

Loved being part of the action at XS CrossFit for their in-house competition! From early morning to post workout coffee, we were there to keep the crew fueled and ready to go.

Such a fun day with an awesome community! Shout out to @vickizeeb for sponsoring us to cater the event!

Another fun quarter with Realtor partners I’m lucky enough to call friends.

Condos. New construction. Veterans. Firefighters. Physicians. Multiple first-time buyers purchasing with down payment assistance AND bringing just over $1,000 to closing. Used our new Physician Loan program with 100% financing and rates in the 5s.

Grateful for every client who put their trust in us. Q2 in the books. ✔️ On to Q3. 🔑
