POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

*PINCH ME* Just 5 years ago I started this career as a #denverrealtor and today I’m on the September Cover and spread of @denverrealproducers
This is such an HONOR!!!

This means the world to me because it means I’ve helped so many families meet their real estate dreams, but I’ve done it with integrity, care, and knowledge. This isn’t a magazine you pay to be in, you have to be nominated by a peer and meet other criteria. I’m humbled, yet also on cloud 9.

THANK YOU to all my clients, friends, referral partners and family for your trust in me. ✨

#mykidsthinkimfamous

@therealjryan you’re the coolest and most down to earth, also insanely smart human!
@andrewlcaldwell you are such support partner and a great friend!
@gavinekstrom it’s been so great getting to know you and love everything you stand for!
@makeupbykatieklein you are so talented!

🫰 24 Hour QUICK and UNFORGETTABLE trip to see @ellalangleymusic
We were beyond sad that we couldn’t get Red Rocks tickets, but not to worry… to fly our entire family, get a hotel, eat out every meal, and uber every ride was cheaper than ONE ticket in Denver.
We are so grateful for @katarinaetzen8 for knowing our hearts and for the “hear me out” text 😂❤️

Both our babies had their first concert experience in Utah @redwestslc with Ella and we wouldn’t trade this whirlwind for anything. ✈️🎤

Not every real estate transaction is smooth sailing… and this one kept us on our toes! 🏡

Just when we thought we were moving toward the closing table, the buyer’s financing fell through.

We connected them with other lenders, but no luck.

Two weeks later, they came back with a new lender. Were we apprehensive? Absolutely.

But we were able to negotiate terms that protected our seller, work closely with a lender who truly delivered, and CLOSED ON TIME! 🙌

Not every transaction is easy. Sometimes it takes patience, strategy, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes work to get to the finish line.

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our seller, who can finally move on to her next chapter! ❤️

And a huge shoutout to @sarahsinclairco for co-listing this one! Glad we navigated this together.

Sometimes it’s not the price, the inspection, or the appraisal that creates the biggest hurdle in a real estate transaction.

Sometimes… it’s a bear statue. 🐻

One piece of advice I give EVERY seller before listing: If something attached to your home has sentimental value, let’s talk about removing it before buyers ever walk through the door.

Because even when something is excluded, it can still become a point of negotiation.

This is why the conversations we have BEFORE listing matter just as much as the negotiations we have after. 🏡

Hated to miss lunch with @gavinekstrom and @matthewazeeb but loved swapping kids with this in Matt’s hands waiting for me 😂

🚨 BUILDER INCENTIVES ARE HEATING UP! 🏡

A phone call from one of my builder reps reminded me that fiscal year-end is approaching for some builders, and that can mean BIG opportunities for buyers! 👀

This is why relationships with new construction sales reps matter. Knowing what incentives are available and what to negotiate can make a HUGE difference.

And a little reminder: NEVER walk into a new construction community unrepresented! Builder contracts are written to protect the builder, not you. Having an experienced REALTOR® on your side means knowing what to ask for, what to negotiate, and what you could be leaving on the table.

📲 Thinking about building? Let’s talk BEFORE you visit!

Pumpkin Patch 2026 🧡🍂

Our first pumpkin patch at our new place, and my heart is so full!

From getting a serious workout hauling pumpkins with my family 😂 to making memories with some of our very best friends, seeing familiar faces we love, welcoming new ones, and soaking up a few bittersweet moments with friends before their next chapter… it was everything I hoped it would be.

I’m so grateful for every single person who spent part of their Saturday with us. These are the moments that mean the most. 🤎

A huge thank you to Kevin Kiernan for co-hosting with me and Kitty Beans Coffee for keeping everyone caffeinated! ☕️

Until next year! 🎃

Holy Golden Hour 💛

It wasn’t till we got there that I realized we didn’t match but you know what, we had a blast and these turned out incredible.

@evermore.co.photography thank you for making us all feel so comfortable even down to the subtle Riley Green music in the background that we all love. Wow, we love these photos! 😍

Also…. Pro Mom Tip… if you get antsy and want the perfect picture each year, one glass of wine before pictures will absolutely settle you down so you JUST HAVE FUN 🤣 - take that advice or leave it 🤩 by @vickizeeb
