A lot of growth. A lot of lessons. A lot of work behind the scenes that don’t always get posted. HYROX in Chicago was an amazing & humbling experience. It tested my conditioning my mindset and toughness. It also gave me a new perspective on what hard really is and how much more I’m capable of when I lean into discomfort.

A lot more work and fun to be had in 2026 & remember give it all you got! You never know who’s being inspired by your journey.

Also I appreciate my Brudda @vickmont for capturing this moment 🎥🔥

This holiday season, love gets real messy — and a little bit hilarious! Complicated Christmas is a romantic comedy that follows Melanie as she’s torn between her past and present — two loves, one heart… and a surprise that changes everything. 👀🤰🏽

I’m so excited to be part of this funny, emotional, and feel-good holiday film! ❤️🎥

Can I finish the IMPOSSIBLE MILE?

In this video I take on and complete the Impossible Mile and it lives up to the name. Every step tested my lungs my legs and my mindset. This was easily one of the toughest miles I’ve ever run.

The Impossible Mile isn’t about speed it’s about grit. It’s about finding out what you’re really made of when everything in you wants to stop.

If you think you’ve got it in you go try it yourself. Push past the limit you thought you had and see what happens when you don’t quit.

• This wasn’t just a run, it was a reminder that we are never running alone (God places the right people beside us to keep us going). 🕊️💪🏽

• @traprunstl was such an amazing 5k to participate in! This community of people are empowering North St. Louis neighborhoods and unifiing grassroots, civic, educational, commercial and residential efforts to bridge the city’s north-south divide.

• I couldn’t have done this run without God, my wonderful lady @nesssa.sanders the amazing @stlruncrew , for reigniting my passion for running and helping me get back on the pavement 🏃🏾💨

• “Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus.” 🕊️💪🏽 -Hebrews 12:1

STL… this spot fooled us 😳 🇫🇷
This entire meal was vegan — and it felt like we were in the middle of Paris.
@lavieveganbistro in St. Charles served up one of the best dining experiences I’ve had all year.
🔥 We had it all:
🥐 BLT & Caprese croissants
🌮 Savory crepes (taco + veggie)
🍓 A giant fruit salad
🍰 macarons, chocolate croissant + maple pecan danish , vegan cheesecake
• French sodas you’ve probably never tried
The patio, the vibes, the Eiffel Tower… and yes, it’s all vegan, gluten-free friendly, and pet-
friendly too. @kenny_mo was super late &
@vickmont was ready to speak French by the time we left 😂
