The goal was never to look successful. The goal was to become the man capable of carrying it. 😤🪜⏳

After Having long hair for 16+ years, I finally cut it. ✂️🔥

I honestly never thought I’d see the day I cut my dreads, but sometimes growth means letting go and making room for something new.

A new chapter. A new feeling. A new version of me. 🍾

STL… this spot fooled us 😳 🇫🇷
This entire meal was vegan — and it felt like we were in the middle of Paris.
@lavieveganbistro in St. Charles served up one of the best dining experiences I’ve had all year.
🔥 We had it all:
🥐 BLT & Caprese croissants
🌮 Savory crepes (taco + veggie)
🍓 A giant fruit salad
🍰 macarons, chocolate croissant + maple pecan danish , vegan cheesecake
• French sodas you’ve probably never tried
The patio, the vibes, the Eiffel Tower… and yes, it’s all vegan, gluten-free friendly, and pet-
friendly too. @kenny_mo was super late &
@vickmont was ready to speak French by the time we left 😂

Lost A lot This Year But Made A Major Comeback Before The Year Ended 😆🔥📚

“To be happy doesn’t mean everything goes as per your desire or you have everything you wish for. Happiness is found in appreciating what you have & making peace with where you are. It’s about gratitude for the journey till date. Lows will turn into highs. Have faith in your heart”

It’s Been One Of The Hardest 4-5 Months Of My Adult Life, Not Being Able To Sleep, Going Through Depression, Having To Watch My Daughter Leave Town Cause Of My Living Situation. Had To Disconnect Myself From Social Media Outside Of Business. Leaning Back On My Faith Took Forever But We Made It Through. Joining @stlruncrew Changed My Life, Running Helped Me Clear My Thoughts, Breath & Fight Through Everything I Had Going On! Now Running Is One Of My Favorite Hobbies. So Many Conversations I’ve Had With God, I Know Now Not To Rely On My Own Understanding. Life Is Too Short To Be Anything But Happy, Every Difficult Moment Is Temporary & Tomorrow Isn’t Promised But Thank God We Made It Too Today! 🙏🏾🏃🏾‍♂️🔑🤞🏽
