En PIT, tu partner no está ahí solo para acompañarte. Es parte de tu entrenamiento 🤝🔥

You work together, share the effort, and help each other stay accountable throughout class. A veces tú eres quien motiva. Otras veces, eres tú quien necesita ese empujoncito.

That’s the beauty of Partner Interval Training™. No entrenas simplemente al lado de alguien. Entrenas CON alguien, mientras ambos trabajan para ser mejores.

Dos personas. Un equipo. Progreso compartido 💪🏼

if you’ve never experienced sound healing, here’s what actually happens;

the bowls create vibrations that move through your body at a cellular level. your nervous system (which has been in some version of fight or flight) starts to regulate. your heart rate slows. your breath deepens on its own and somewhere in the middle of it, your brain stops problem-solving and just receives.

we include it in our retreats because we’ve felt it integrates everything. like your body finally gets to file away what it just processed.

we did this in tulum. in the jungle.

in sedona we’re doing it in the red rocks. in a place where the ground itself carries energy. at golden hour.

november 12-15. one month away. two spots left 💫🏜️

Gracias, Dra.

when you’ve been through something real together; you don’t need to say much afterward.

you just stand in it. present. together. grateful for the exact path that led you to that spot 💫🌿

this photo was taken right after our Temazcal experience and what you see on every face is the same thing. presence. the full weight of a moment that made every step worth it.

creating moments like this is our purpose. it always has been.

and we are so grateful to be the ones who get to build that space for you.

every woman in this photo said yes before she knew what she was saying yes to.

could that be you? OMETEOTL 💫

immersion doesn’t stop at the villa gate 💫🌿

we walked into town. we met the locals. we danced when the music found us. we stopped at every stall that caught our eye and asked the story behind it.

the wrestling masks, the skulls, the Mexican flags moving in the wind. a culture showing itself to a group of women who came ready to receive it.

meet the locals. learn the craft. dance a little. laugh a lot. this is also The Ground.

what’s the most unexpected thing you’ve discovered just by wandering? 💬

we had every intention of staying in longer 😅😂

that’s the thing about shared experiences that actually mean something. they compress time in a way nothing else can. you go through enough together and something shifts. the formalities disappear. the guard comes down.

and then this happens. something completely unplanned that somehow means just as much. because you don’t laugh like this with strangers. you laugh like this with your people.

and somewhere between the cacao ceremony and the cenote and the jungle gym these women became exactly that.

this is what The Ground creates. not just the magic moments. the real ones too. 🤍

would you have been the one to come up first? 🤔💬

there is something about watching the woman before you get through it that makes you believe you can too 💫🌿

each one stepped into that cold plunge carrying her own version of resistance. and each one breathed through it, tapped in, found the stillness the cold eventually gives you when you stop fighting it.

xuan was there for every single one. breath by breath. because this is what we mean when we say we facilitate these experiences. we don’t just curate the moments. we stand in them with you.

hard moments on retreat are part of the design. not to push you past your limit but to show you where your limit actually is. and then help you move it.

sedona is next. and the early bird spots are almost gone. link in bio 💫🏜️

our retreats change you in ways you expect. the ceremonies, the stillness, the culture 💫🌿

and then there are the ways you don’t see coming.

like the moment you get to the top of that rope and realize the voice that usually tells you to stop didn’t win today. or when you lift heavier than you ever have and the women around you celebrate it like it’s their own victory.

this is what The Ground Retreats is built around. not just the healing. the belief you build when you’re surrounded by women who expect great things from you and won’t accept anything less.

that belief follows you home. that’s the whole point.

when did you last surprise yourself? 💬🤔

did you really think we’d go to Tulum and not train? 🤔🙃

when Denise and I created The Ground Retreats we knew fitness would always have a place in it. ten years of building a gym community taught us that taking care of your body doesn’t pause because you’re away. if anything this is the moment to give it your full attention.

watching these women laugh between sets, push each other, feel strong in their bodies in the middle of the jungle after everything we’d experienced. that’s wellness. the full version of it.

who’s coming to train with us in Sedona? 💫🏜️
