Our very first Wild Walk at @thecalgaryzoo 🌿✨

Pure joy exploring the zoo with @vickyvikalo and Leo’s best girlfriend, Bela, and ticking off every animal on the list. Leo made sure to get his beauty sleep for half the walk (naturally), but my heart is so full💛

Definitely coming back next year for round two! 🦙🦍🦓

Black lights, glow sticks, music and running with friends pretty much guarantees a super fun evening! Huge thanks to @sauconycanada for inviting us to the Brita Night Run and letting us try the new Endorphin Azura!

Some days are just meant to be remembered✨

Good coffee, deep talks, stroller walks, and moments that make this season of motherhood feel so sweet and full. Thank you @vickyvikalo for being you❤️

Swipe to the end — yes, the babies are definitely there! 😁

Running looks good in Canada and our ambassadors know all the best spots 🇨🇦

📍 Mount Orford, QC
📍 Golden, BC
📍 Icefields Parkway, AB
📍 Cape Split, NS
📍 Egypt Lake, AB

Which Canadian trail, path, or road should be on every runner's list?

Happy Global Running Day friends 💕 eternally gratefully for @sarahjanekeller hearing me complain about having no motivation to go for a run alone and forcing me to go run with her friend’s “run club” all those years ago (the friend was @raflopez and the run club was @yycruncrew 🥹). The greatest gift this introverted runner ever received was the community she found as a result!
