Big thanks to @smcroastery for giving me the opportunity to experience this beautiful bean.

Plum Whiskey — a coffee that feels elegant, smooth, and clean. The natural fermentation brings out a unique character, with layers of plum, red fruits, vanilla, and brown sugar, finished with a distinctive whiskey-like touch.

More than just a cup of coffee, it’s an experience worth exploring. Every sip has its own character, balanced and refined.

Appreciate the trust and the opportunity to brew something special. Respect the process, enjoy the experience. cheers!🔥

Ternyata FLAT Bottom bisa kombine SWITCH base 🤍

Flat Bottom tapi switch?

@smcroastery

1Zpresso Diamond A
Is This the Future of Manual Coffee Grinding?

Okay guys, today we’re talking about something different from your typical hand grinder

Unlike conventional hand grinders, the Diamond A is designed to stay on your coffee bar, featuring a solid metal body, side crank, and built in suction base for a more stable grinding experience

1. DESIGN & GRINDING EXPERIENCE
Weighing approximately 3 kg, this isn’t a grinder you’d bring on your coffee trips
But the tabletop design allows you to grind without constantly holding the grinder with your other hand, making it an interesting option for home brewers

2. BURR PERFORMANCE & FLAVOR
Designed for different brewing methods, from pour over to espresso, the Diamond A offers versatility

But a bigger burr doesn’t automatically mean a better cup. What really matters is particle distribution and how it affects clarity, sweetness, body, and flavor separation

3. GRIND ADJUSTMENT
With 100 clicks per rotation and approximately 15 microns of adjustment per click, you get more control when dialing in different beans and brewing methods

4. CAPACITY & MAINTENANCE
It offers up to 80g bean capacity and magnetic construction for tool free disassembly, making it practical for home brewing and routine cleaning

5. DIAMOND A VS K-ULTRA VS ZP6
The K-Ultra is a versatile all rounder, while the ZP6 is popular among filter coffee enthusiasts who prioritize clarity

The Diamond A takes a different approach with its tabletop design, side crank, and larger capacity
Would I automatically choose it over the K-Ultra or ZP6? Not without comparing the cups first

For me, the design is interesting, but the real question is how it performs in the cup
Because at the end of the day, we’re not buying a grinder just for its specs. We’re buying it for the coffee

So, which one would you choose: Diamond A, K-Ultra, or ZP6? @1zpresso @1zpresso_tw

Let’s talk in the comments
