🔥🏀 UNDERRATED. UNFAZED. UNBREAKABLE. 🏀🔥

Wayne State University Women’s Basketball Assistant Coach Victor Jackson knows what it means to embrace the underdog role. A former state championship assistant coach at Belleville High School, Coach Jackson carried that same fearless mindset into the Elite Eight, staring down powerhouse Cass Tech in the playoffs.

No hype. No shortcuts. Just belief, preparation, and heart.
When the odds said otherwise, he doubled down on toughness, discipline, and trust in his team. That’s championship DNA — whether you’re favored or fighting uphill.

Respect the grind. Respect the journey.
The underdog mentality never leaves you. 💪🔥

It's #nfldraft 2024 in Detroit! Two of @wsu_com journalism students, @_ronniemartin and @victorjackson__ are covering draft events this week as participants in the @nbcuacademy x @NFL Experienceship! They are reporting stories about the players, the NFL teams, and the City of #Detroit. We can't wait to see what's next!
