As Youth Leaders - yes we celebrated Back to School Night and prayed for our upcoming year. But it’s so much more than that! We pray for your:
Individual relationships with the Lord
To have great friendships - make new ones and make new memories with the existing ones.
To get great grades and opportunities to showcase Gods strength and resilience within you.
To guide others to Gods love and that He loves them just as they are today.
That you use any new opportunities to step out by faith to test your commitment and power!

Sikele Life Update:
Many of you may know by now but God has called our family to a lead Pastorate position at the Vine Church in Fairfield, CA. It’s with hopeful excitement and yet saddened hearts that we make this major transition. Not because of who we are going to, the wonderful people at the Vine have welcomed us with open arms, loving encouragement, kindness, and generosity. But rather we are grieving who we will be leaving. I am so thankful how Jessica’s family welcomed me in as one of their own. The countless dinners, wonderful outings, loving get togethers, and amazing support for our little family from the Airys and Northcutt’s will forever be part of the foundation we will build on. Not having you all close enough to just “drop by” is genuinely one of the hardest things about this change. We will be visiting as much as we can and we love you all so much! The people of Victory Baptist Church have completely changed our lives. Jess and I met here, we made and cultivated deep friendships here, we got married here, we had two baby girls here, we invested our lives here, we grew tremendously here, we loved, served, grieved, rejoiced, and triumphed here. There are too many photos to share and too many memories to recount, but we wanted the people at Victory Baptist to know we love you deeply and will miss you greatly. We could thank so many people individually and we will do that face to face, but we do want to thank Jaysen and Rachelle for loving us so well, for loving our girls so well, for treating me as a son, and Jess as one of the family. Words will never express how grateful we are for the last 8 Years. We are broken hearted and yet thankful that we get to go and see what God will do at the Vine! We take everything we have learned and the investment poured into us and we intend to pour our lives into this new church family. To the Vine: we look forward to building friendships, sharing life, worshipping Jesus, loving people, living the Gospel, reaching the hurting, and loving well with you all for years to come! Please pray and intercede on behalf of our family as we set out on this new path in our journey. Joshua 1:9
