Saying YES and booking the last spot on @georgieeswallow's @lifesforliving.uk retreat with @yoganomes was the best impulsive decision I've made this year, potentially ever. We said our goodbyes a week ago, but I'm still not over how perfect the weekend was. Beautiful location, beautiful food and of course, beautiful people. We found the definition of sisterhood and those women will forever hold a special place in my heart ❤️

My first UK @lifesforliving.uk retreat was everything I could have hoped for and more 💛

For such a long time, I’ve dreamed of creating a space like this. A space where women could step away from the noise, slow down, connect and remember themselves again. And thanks to @yoganomes, that dream became a reality.

I think wellness can feel intimidating these days. Like it’s all green juices, 5am wake-ups, ice baths and constantly trying to optimise yourself… and if you don’t do it every day, you’ve failed!

But for me, wellness has never been about pushing harder.

It’s about giving yourself permission to pause.

It’s taking a deep breath in nature.
It’s moving your body because it feels good, not because you have to.
It’s eating nourishing food and listening to what your body needs.
It’s having conversations that make you feel seen.
It’s laughing until your cheeks hurt.
It’s making new friends.
It’s remembering that you deserve time for yourself too.

And that’s exactly what this weekend was.

We stretched, walked, ate incredible food, rested, chatted for hours, connected with nature and with each other, and left with hearts that felt a little fuller than when we arrived.

This is what @lifesforliving.uk is all about. Finding community. Saying yes to life. And sometimes, saying yes to life looks like slowing down enough to actually enjoy it.

I’m so unbelievably grateful to every woman who came along and trusted us with their weekend. What a special first retreat!! And bring on October for the 2nd!!

If anyone ask what’s the point in @lifesforliving.uk … I’m going to show them this post!

6 months ago I met these gorgeous girlies on one of our trips to Croatia and now, I’m ticking off something that has been on my bucket list for years with them!

Staying in a TREEHOUSE!! How unreal is that …

But what’s even more poignant than ticking off the bucket list are the memories and friendship I’m making with these girlies!

We’ve spent two days bonding, painting mugs, doing wine tasting, arranging bouquets, sitting in the hot tub, swimming in the sea, telling each other off for saying sorry too much and saying yes to life!

Honestly if this isn’t what life is about then what is?!

Finding humans to say yes to life with and to do the things we’ve always wanted to with is so tough but what I just adore is seeing how coming on a life’s for living adventure connects you to girlies that you can do life with and it’s magic

It’s happening!

Tonight is my last shift @nextofficial

I’m pretty sure some of you thought this day would never come, myself included.

For so long I’ve worked two job, the constant rush from one to the other became even more extreme when I moved over to work in Manchester.

I am at the point of my life where it feels like the right time to go with so many other amazing things I want to spend my time doing!

And there’s no denying I’m looking forward to my first Christmas off and what lies ahead for me.

I guess when you know you know.

It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions over the years and many roles have been had within 726 and 304, each of which have played a significant part in who I am today!

I want to thank those who pushed this shy girl out of her comfort zone and have been a constant support a guidance in my life.

I really have met some incredible people over the years and some of whom I know have become friends for life and I’m thankful for all the special moments we have shared.

There has been highs and lows in my personal life, love, loss, sickness and adventure, but the one constant that has been there for me since a young age was the family I have a Next and for this I’m grateful.

Thank you Next 304 and 726!

I will miss you all!
