Safe. Seen. Serene.

The 3 words that best describe my experience Ôn Retreat with @lifesforliving.uk last month. A gorgeous weekend of yoga, wild swimming, delicious food and wonderful company. Highly recommend!

Incredibly grateful to @georgieeswallow and @yoganomes for creating such a beautiful experience.

Also shout out to @rebeccacooks_ for the most wonderful food, and of course to @matty_around_the_world for acing the blue jobs by @vikki2604
