POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

2015ish-2017ish really in the trenches at alinea & in life, couch surfing between friends — spending weeks on and off at a hostel if needed before moving in with stormy normy. back when roister had the foie snickers and chef brochu was on fire. learning how to tie a tie with via bronson and zenil — chef dans mussels were still at the office and aviary +++ the 350 wolverine was a weekly occurrence and the megabus still ran , WOW! notre and alinea did an insane collaboration, still probably one of the best rooms i’ve been in. aaron used to come and visit for random concerts , spent many a nights smoking @ the waldorf listening to unreleased music editing footage nonstop! had just dined at schwa for the first time — life changing experience smoking weed in their kitchen each time passing through for the restroom. probably one of the toughest transition periods though , life sucked. broke beyond broke, and put everything i could back into learning the industry side to side top to bottom. no rule book to life , just trial error and failure , and with a lot of hard work and determination … a very green patch of grass... these years were a MASSIVE blur. fragments will continue —

Still thinking about that night… 🌙✨

As the Artemis mission continues to push boundaries and bring us closer to the Moon again, it feels especially meaningful to look back on this “spatial” evening we shared.

Back in 2023, as the mission was still in preparation, we had the chance to hear from Phil Mongan, Program Manager for NASA and the KLXS III organization, who gave us a behind-the-scenes look at what was to come: the ambition, the precision, and the human effort behind it all.

We followed the mission closely since then, and it’s incredible to see it come to life! To know that the men and women involved returned safely, bringing back new discoveries and perspectives that continue to expand our understanding of space.

That night stayed with us. A reminder of how powerful it is to witness something at its beginning… and to see it unfold.

Grateful for the curiosity, the conversations, and this community that embraces both grounded experiences and limitless horizons 🤍

@lindseymongan thanks for making this such a memorable evening 🙏🏻

The history of labor poured into each vintage is what truly excites me about this journey. Every bottle carries more than just wine. It holds the names, the stories, and the legacy of those who worked the land before us. To sip is to listen. To taste is to remember. And with every glass, you’re connected to something far deeper than what’s in the bottle.

I didn’t even recap 2025.

Tl;dr - a LOT of loss in 2025. Family, family pets, old friends… not to be a bummer … BUT we’ve moved on to bigger and better families, circles, friends, stories, and futures. I’m so happy to have people that make me miss moving on, and growing up. I’m so lucky. Like… this world is falling apart… and I’m just so lucky.

Everyone has their season. I pray daily to be the best steward of mine.

It’s popular to be petty, almost celebrated. In a world filled with ugliness and a growing lack of sensitivity toward our fellow man, I’m intentionally creating a lane where chaos and drama will not be the highlight of my content.

Big corporations love to pay people to be ignorant for the masses. That’s not my assignment.

Whether I succeed or fail, I’ll die on the hill of positive imagery of myself, my family, and the standard we’ve set!

2026 watch this!!!!

December 1st. 9 a.m. Fifty degrees. Heavy fog clings low across the hillside, reluctant to lift, retreating only slowly toward the horizon as the sun makes its way from ridge to sky. The morning feels suspended and quiet, still, as though the world hasn’t quite decided to wake.
