First 10k race in the books! Definitely had a glass ceiling to break mentally and physically when starting this journey past my usual 2-3 mile runs. My goal was to run a consistent pace all the way through, finish confidently and feeling good by the end. With that in mind, I set a goal based on my comfortable 5k pace (but now running it for twice as long) and chose to treadmill train to get that pace into muscle memory so I wasn’t tempted to go faster when feeling overly confident which would cause burn out halfway through. Looking forward now to getting faster for future 5-10k races and gearing up for a hopeful half marathon next year! taken in Santa Rosa Plaza by @vine.n.dine

Go to the comments and tell me your aha moment!

Do you remember your very first bottle or glass of wine that made you fall in love with it?

Everyone has their season. I pray daily to be the best steward of mine.

It’s popular to be petty, almost celebrated. In a world filled with ugliness and a growing lack of sensitivity toward our fellow man, I’m intentionally creating a lane where chaos and drama will not be the highlight of my content.

Big corporations love to pay people to be ignorant for the masses. That’s not my assignment.

Whether I succeed or fail, I’ll die on the hill of positive imagery of myself, my family, and the standard we’ve set!

2026 watch this!!!!

Stony Hill’s Côte Series Masterclass was an incredibly fun and educational morning during Luminary Harvest Weekend! Honored to showcase Reid and Macy’s hard work in creating the first micro-plot single vineyard wines of our Estate highlighting our dynamic elevation. (600-1600ft)

Thank you to the @ms_jacqueline_correa and @morgan.robinson.961 for the flawless hospitality and to @macygrape and @reidgrahamgriggs for graciously co-hosting.

Taking a moment to reflect on a most memorable night! Kicked off Luminary Harvest Weekend at Burgess with a Friday evening of great wine, wood fired pizza, and music in the Grove followed by an after party in our Founder’s Room. Couldn’t have done it without our incredible team! @coronadomarcoss, @reidgrahamgriggs, @uncork_yourself and @leo_tovey, a pleasure to be alongside you hosting an unforgettable evening.
