Last weekend, we took part in the amazing Chudo festival in the fortress of Niš.

Our Laser Studies installation formed an oasis between the Charm and Hidden stages.

Some videos (ft random photos) from my first time DJing at Stereo in Glasgow for FUSE opening for Glasgow and outer legends @sofsof_gla @maveenn @djyoungsta @jkenzomusic and of course the night was held together by @hometownsoundsystem 🤍🌸loved every moment after my set, Ppl are so talented!! I also had a lot of fun playing, i love playing live sets but I feel like there’s something different about DJing. tbh im still finding the words to explain how but so far, DJing feels like making a collage, theres loads of fun elements in front of you and you’re finding points where they meet and make something moving, interesting, magical, scary? Wheras live, feels more like a an outpouring from my soul, a lot of vulnerability... i love it though ofc and as much as it takes up so much energy, it is healing. DJing, gives me an opportunity to be free for a minute, feel the rhythm, and sounds, what goes together what feels right in the moment..anywayyyy. Continuing to find ways they can combine together. 🦋🐬Thank u so much for all the opportunities to play both live sets and DJ sets. Im so grateful, really really, keep thinking how teen me’s jaw would be on the floor if she saw these videos 💖 ALSO best till last, I played tracks from ppl who’s music I realllyyy love. @ouellaaaaa @dob3i @albystander @vinerrrrr @nam.e.n 🔥🦋🩵🔥 and Biggest shoutout to the ones who sent me unreleased stuff !! 🪐 peace ✌🏼

I got into live coding with Strudel the first time I tried it. It felt like discovering music production all over again — that beginner's headspace where everything is new and nothing is overcomplicated. I'd stay up all night just making music.

I wanted to hold onto that. So I made a deliberate choice: keep the track names as ridiculous as possible. No concepts, no framing, no meaning to maintain. Just the pure pleasure of digital sound — something to dream inside without words getting in the way.

This time we dive with Synestesia into Kazakhstan’s unfathomable culture – where food, drinks, and music blend in perfectly harmonic chaos.

🍸 Drinks by Fabinho @alaskacaffe – bold ad-hoc creations infused with Central Asian fruits & spices.

🎶 Music created by @vinerrrrr. A three-hour sonic collage. A personal look into the re-discovered traditional music traces scattered across field recordings, orchestral performances, and studio music of the 20th century. Zooming into the Central Asia’s music core: shashmaqom, Kazakh kui, the Kyrgyz epic vocals, and the Turkmen bakhshi school of dutar. Expect the unexpected.

🍲Food is themed Dastarkhan: legacy of nomadic cuisine. A once in a lifetime menu with plates such as La Ruta de Seda, Meseta de Ustyurt, Tesoro de Saryarka, Marfil de Mangysta, Paralelo 43° Norte..

The event will take place on Wednesday, May 13th, from 8 PM at OBLICUO HI-FI in Barcelona. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations via DM or email are appreciated. Enjoy this unique cultural journey!

The third night stretched further — with Skrech Majstor Ljuban, Graham Dunning, Ivan Ščapec (eine), фанкшн, Tapan, and Andrey Morozov — carrying us through to the very end.

@vinerrrrr 's music is deeply rooted in old-school electronic sound with its distorted bass and granular synths that sit against thought-provoking soundscapes of weaving instrumental motives and deconstructed polyrhythmic percussion of Central Asia mixed with deep vocals, giving another take on breakcore and footwork.

Constantly re-defining things like freedom and identity, Viner Khaiitov digs his inspiration in musical heritage and the colonial history of Asian Russian peoples, Central Asia, and the Caucasus. He has taken a mathematical and technical approach to creating his sound: a romantic hybrid of Central Asian samplodelica and 808s mixed with idm and gabber-darkside sounds. Viner's music is a rapid switch between fast and slow, good and evil, saturation and emptiness; an aggressive exorcism of the inner dictator who stops his march to exhale in a deep trance pit.
