POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A few years ago, I took a camera crew to Mexico’s wine country. Today you finally get to see it. 🍷

Valle de Guadalupe is making some of the most exciting wine in North America, and most people north of the border have never tasted it. I went to meet the winemakers, chefs and dreamers behind it.

This is Wines Uncharted.

Last week, we celebrated our Cincoañera surrounded by the some of the people who have made this journey so special.

To our incredible guest chef, @chefbachelier and @manna_leucadia thank you for sharing your talent, your kitchen, and your passion with us. It was an honor to have you be part of this celebration.

To our partners, thank you for believing in Valle, for standing beside us through and for helping us continue to build something we truly believe in.

And most importantly, to every guest who joined us that night, and to everyone who has sat at our table over these five years, gracias. Your support, your trust, and your willingness to experience what we do are the reason Valle continues to move forward.

Five years ago, we started with a dream. Today, Valle is a reflection of everyone who has been part of the journey.
This is just the beginning .

Here’s to the next chapter.
Con cariño,

Roberto

Pour decisions start with “swirl, sniff, and sip” rapidly devolves into “pour, drink, and repeat. 🤷🏾‍♂️🍷🍇👩‍❤️‍👨

Wrapping up with 3.145 tons of Nebbiolo for our last pull of 2026 🙌🏼🍇
Let’s go team Lechuza 🦉

Special SHOUT OUT to Ronnie and his team at Rancho Refugio, for once again, setting us up with the most beautiful grapes in Valle. Such an honor to shepherd these babies home to our bodega. Great wine is made in the fields, and this is a true testament to that phrase 🫶🏼

#mexico #wine #vino #winelover #mexican
