En guess what? We hebben nog geen NAAM. 🤯
HELP.

Tot volgende week vrijdag — same time, same vibe! 🧡

✨ Je voelt het meteen hè? Rust en helderheid. En flow. ✨

In sync. In verbinding.

“Did I do that?!”
Yes queen. You did.

📍Amsterdam Noord – Haarlem – Santpoort

Let’s dance.

Voel je welkom.

❤️, Vanessa

🎉 50+ today and still looking fly! (I stopped counting at 40 😆)

If you’re new here—hi, I’m Vanessa! 💃🏽

Entrepreneur, coach, dancer, choreographer and your favorite no-nonsense, HIGH-energy, slightly sarcastic but positive and always real motivator.

I teach people how to turn their passions into income, how to move (literally and figuratively #letssalsa), and how to build a life that screams FREEDOM.

I believe in:
Speaking my mind (even when it stings a little 😏)
Hustling smart, not hard (hello, passive income 💸)
Looking good while doing it (because why not?)
Energy—high vibe, strong mind, and a body that moves like it’s 30 🔥(ok 40)

So if you love bold moves, real talk, lots of laughs and Ups-and-Downs stories with a twist of sassyness —stick around. You might just start believing in your own magic too.

Now excuse me while I sip something bubbly and celebrate ME 😁🥂✨

Feeling like a 🧟‍♀️ after last night?

Time to pop those morning-after miracle supplements and resurrect your inner human!

Here are three tips with benefits for taking supplements after a night of partying:

💦Rehydrate and Replenish: Supplements can help restore lost fluids and essential nutrients, reducing hangover symptoms and boosting energy levels

🌱Support Recovery: Certain supplements aid in detoxification and enhance mood and cognitive function, making you feel better faster.

🔥Reduce Inflammation: Antioxidants in supplements can decrease oxidative stress and inflammation, promoting quicker recovery and overall well-being. . .
