If y’all only knew my testimony!! 🙌🏾

I’ve been wanting to have a fish fry for at least the last 5 years, and unfortunately, I couldn’t because… well, life has been LIFE’ING! 😩😂
So when God saw fit and gave me the green light to celebrate life, wins, and His goodness over my past, present, and future you best believe I TOOK OFF!!! 🙌🏾
Looking from the outside in, it’s just a fish fry… but deep down, it’s SO much more.

It’s culture.
It’s essence.
It’s family.
It’s friends.
It’s everything I was raised around.
It’s ME. ❤️

And trust me, I wish I could’ve invited everybody! But y’all know fish, and everything else, costs an arm AND a leg these days! 😂😂
Who knows… maybe I’ve inspired some of y’all to have your own fish fry! 😉🐟

A special shoutout to my uncles and aunt, Uncle Steven, Uncle Brint, and Aunt Glo. I truly wouldn’t have been able to do this without y’all. ❤️

@momsfirstdayoutparty was exactly what I needed!

Good music, cute vendors, and a reason to get out of the house and enjoy myself for a little bit.

I got to spend the day with my sister cousins, and we always joke that I look like I’m actually related by blood 😂 I may have married into the family, but at this point, I’ve clearly been adopted for real.

Motherhood can make everything feel like it revolves around everybody else, so getting a day to laugh, hang out, and just enjoy ourselves felt really good.

Definitely needed this one🩷
