Stepping into this week with open hands and a grateful heart:

Sometimes, we think that the fumble was failure. We think being overlooked means we aren’t seen.
But some of the deepest graces we’ve known came wrapped in rejection.

In the goodbye we didn’t want. In the door that slammed before we could even knock. In the silence that made us wonder if God still cared.

Because sometimes what feels like falling apart
is really just God pulling us out of what we were never meant to settle in.

So if it ended suddenly, if the ‘no’ came when we were sure it should’ve been yes, if we feel like we’ve been dropped maybe that drop was deliverance.
Maybe it had to fall so our faith could land at His feet.

So this week, we’re not chasing closure. We’re clinging to the One who saw it all and still has a plan that doesn’t miss. Because if He let it break, He’ll build something better. And if He let us be fumbled, it’s only so we could be found.

Make it a great week! & remember God’s “no” protected what your “yes” would’ve compromised. 💜

Her 𝒻𝒾𝓇𝓈𝓉 wedding was mine.

One of my sweetest gifts was having my 𝒻𝒶𝓋ℴ𝓇𝒾𝓉ℯ 𝑔𝒾𝓇𝓁 𝒾𝓃 𝓉𝒽ℯ 𝓌𝒽ℴ𝓁ℯ 𝓌𝒾𝒹ℯ 𝓌ℴ𝓇𝓁𝒹 by my side as I stepped into this new chapter. 🤍

It been 𝒿𝓊𝓈𝓉 𝓊𝓈 for so long.

And I’m 𝒻ℴ𝓇ℯ𝓋ℯ𝓇 𝑔𝓇𝒶𝓉ℯ𝒻𝓊𝓁 that she has a VIP seat to witness what it looks like for a 𝐦𝐚𝐧 to love her mother the way 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐮𝐬—with intention, 𝒸ℴ𝓋ℯ𝓃𝒶𝓃𝓉, patience, and purpose.

The little girl who was a 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝓁𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉 through some of my darkest days shined just as brightly beside me on one of the happiest days of my life. 😭

My prayer is that as she watches this 𝓁ℴ𝓋ℯ, she’ll know what 𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔𝒹ℴ𝓂 𝓁ℴ𝓋ℯ looks like, what 𝓈𝒽ℯ 𝒹ℯ𝓈ℯ𝓇𝓋ℯ𝓈, what it means to be deeply loved by 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭, and that she NEVER SETTLES for 𝒶𝓃𝓎𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓃𝑔 that feels less than that. 🙏🏾

PART 3 | THE WORSHIP🤎

We are still in awe that God graced our covenant ceremony with His presence. 🤍 What an honor to not only say “ℐ 𝒹ℴ,” but to 𝓌ℴ𝓇𝓈𝒽𝒾𝓅 the One who brought us here.

This moment was 𝒸ℴ𝓃𝒻𝒾𝓇𝓂𝒶𝓉𝒾ℴ𝓃 that our 𝓌ℴ𝓇𝓈𝒽𝒾𝓅 will 𝒶𝓁𝓌𝒶𝓎𝓈 shift atmospheres.

We sealed our 𝒸ℴ𝓋ℯ𝓃𝒶𝓃𝓉 in 𝓌ℴ𝓇𝓈𝒽𝒾𝓅—and we’ll spend a lifetime continuing to 𝓌ℴ𝓇𝓈𝒽𝒾𝓅 𝓉ℴ𝑔ℯ𝓉𝒽ℯ𝓇.

Our ceremony was 𝒾𝓃𝓉𝒾𝓂𝒶𝓉ℯ, 𝒾𝓃𝓉ℯ𝓃𝓉𝒾ℴ𝓃𝒶𝓁, and 𝒻𝒾𝓁𝓁ℯ𝒹 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽 𝓉𝒽ℯ 𝓅𝓇ℯ𝓈ℯ𝓃𝒸ℯ ℴ𝒻 𝒢ℴ𝒹． Though we couldn’t invite everyone we love to witness it in person, we hope this worship moment blesses you and allows you to experience a little of what filled the room. 🙌🏾

Part I 🤎

Before we sealed our covenant with a kiss, we sealed it with 𝓌ℴ𝓇𝓈𝒽𝒾𝓅.

Two voices. 𝒪𝓃ℯ heart. 𝒪𝓃ℯ covenant. 𝒪𝓃ℯ God at the center.

There was something so sacred about standing beside each other, lifting our voices together—not just singing “So Beautiful,” but declaring that the love God wrote for us- that the love we 𝓁𝒶𝒷ℴ𝓇ℯ𝒹 for- is beautiful because God built it.
