Who would’ve thought we’d build something this authentic and powerful in less than 3 years 🙏🏾

REI Connect has truly become a staple in the CLT community, and our goal is to keep improving, bringing people together, and making every experience better than the last.

We truly can’t do this without all of you. Thank you for the continued support, energy, and love every single meetup.

See you all in July 🚀

Johndy Rocket Project : Completed & Sold 🚀🏡

Another one brought to life through vision, collaboration, and intentional execution from start to finish. This build pushed us to deliver a home that not only looks incredible—but feels incredible the moment you walk through the door.

From the layout to the finishes, every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a space that blends quality, style, and everyday functionality. That’s the standard we carry into every project.

Per usual @mrs.tawiah and the EST Design Team brought the aesthetic vision together so beautifully and helped make this home stand out in every room.

And major appreciation to our partners @virtusoffers for being part of this amazing build and helping bring the project across the finish line. 🤝🏾✨

Proud of this one… and something tells us you may be seeing this build a lot more. 👀✨

Grateful for the lessons learned and proud to bring a beautiful build to the outskirts of Charlotte.

Kannapolis, NC 28081

We’re always looking for new opportunities and strong partners.
Our private lender earned double-digit returns on this project—without ever swinging a hammer.

Let’s earn and grow together 💪🏾

We just closed on our flip in a market we’ve been exploring — Charleston 🔥

We treated this deal just like we do in our home markets… but leaned heavily on strategic partnerships to get it across the finish line since we’re not local 🤝

One of our most profitable flips in a while — and the proof of concept is there. We’re here to play long term 📈

On to the next deal…
