🏡 VIRTUAL FLIP CASE STUDY: CHARLESTON, SC 🏡

A lot of people think you need to be local, have a ton of cash, or know everything before taking on a flip.

This deal proved otherwise.

✅ Property came from a referral in our network
✅ Purchased for $230,000
✅ Raised $50,000 from a private lender
✅ Used hard money financing for the acquisition and rehab
✅ Managed the project remotely
✅ Rehab completed in under 2 months
✅ Sold for $445,000
✅ Net Profit: $80,000+

Most people wait until they feel “ready.” The reality is you gain confidence by doing the deal, not by thinking about it.

The biggest lessons from this project:
🔹 Relationships create opportunities
🔹 Private money can help you scale without using your own cash
🔹 Systems and teams matter more than location
🔹 New markets aren’t scary once you have the right process

Would you take on a flip in a market where you don’t live? Let me know below. 👇🔥

Who would’ve thought we’d build something this authentic and powerful in less than 3 years 🙏🏾

REI Connect has truly become a staple in the CLT community, and our goal is to keep improving, bringing people together, and making every experience better than the last.

We truly can’t do this without all of you. Thank you for the continued support, energy, and love every single meetup.

See you all in July 🚀

We’re always looking for new opportunities and strong partners.
Our private lender earned double-digit returns on this project—without ever swinging a hammer.

We just closed on our flip in a market we’ve been exploring — Charleston 🔥

We treated this deal just like we do in our home markets… but leaned heavily on strategic partnerships to get it across the finish line since we’re not local 🤝

One of our most profitable flips in a while — and the proof of concept is there. We’re here to play long term 📈

On to the next deal…
