Good people. Heavy cameras. Questionable amounts of caffeine 🎥🤝

Long days on the HYROX floor are better with guys who love this work as much as we do. Big love to @kingjamesondavis and @storydrivenmedia 🫶

We came to capture race days and ended up leaving with some pretty rad friends 🤙🏻

My first HYROX Pro in the books. Some highs, some lows, and a whole new level of respect for the challenge. 01:37:48. 🔥

@rhyanyoung_ Thank you for always looking for ways to challenge us and take things to the next level. I thought you were crazy for suggesting we compete in Pro with just two weeks’ notice. And while I still think you’re crazy, I’m glad you convinced us to make the trip to Boston!

A huge thank you to @elbert_johnson for the grueling training sessions that consistently pushed me beyond my comfort zone and prepared me to take on this challenge.

@thewattsguy I know I don’t get to attend your HIIT classes as much as I’d like, but I want to thank you for your daily positivity and support. You go out of your way to be kind; it’s impactful and rare.

Thank you @visioncontentco @jessedelavern @rachaellynndelavern for understanding the vision and capturing all of the moments, along with the support for every lap and station. Traveling to these events can you make you feel like you’re out there alone, but that’s never the case with you in the audience.

I’ve made it a point at every HYROX to find the other photographers and videographers and grab a shot or two of them. We spend the whole day making sure everyone else’s race gets captured, and we almost never have a single photo of ourselves doing the work we love.

This community shows us a lot of love, but you rarely see the work behind the photos. We’re at the rail before the first heat, on our feet until the last finisher, and back home editing late so athletes can see their race the next morning. This is my way of putting the people behind the camera in front of it for once.

Go give these photographers and videographers a follow. Serious talent out here 🤘

Some of the training sessions I love most are the ones nobody else is there for 🙅🏼‍♂️

No rush. No distractions. Testing the pacing. Learning something I can take into the next session ☝🏻

I love those long sessions alone. And I love testing a workout before leading our @_gnarlyfit_ crew through it 😎🤘🏻

This HYROX session is from our 12 Weeks to Race program—and it’s a reminder of why I believe in training with a plan 🙌🏻

Write down the workout .
Track your times, weights, and how you felt.
Give yourself something to build on.

Progress might mean a faster finish. It might mean steadier pacing, cleaner reps, or having more left in the tank at the end⛽️

Swipe through for the workout and the work 💪🏻

Do you prefer training alone or with a crew? 🤔👇🏻

15 days post race and still reeling from the fun! Next week Phoenix tickets drop, hopeful that will be our first race of the new year. And been staying focused on Anaheim to close 2026.
•
But it's important to slow down and take in what's been accomplished. Ultimately I couldn't not be more proud of this race, and how far both @mistersilvio and I have both come. Now working through injury, I am just so anxious to get back into training! However I'll use this down time to mentally prep while looking back fondly on our first two hyrox races. And pump myself up for what's to come!

Four athletes. One team. One finish line 🇵🇭🔥

There’s something different about taking on HYROX as a relay — the handoffs, the teammates screaming for you, giving everything you’ve got for your station, and knowing your team is counting on you 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻🏃🏻💨💪🏼

Team Philippines showed UP for this Mixed Team Relay 🇵🇭⚡️ From the first run to the final wall ball, we were there to capture the energy, the grit, and every moment in between 🎬📸

We didn’t pick up cameras just to make videos 🙅🏼‍♂️

We wanted to build something together, meet good people and help tell stories that mean something.

D.C. gave us all of that 🔥

Early mornings. Long days on our feet. Watching people we’d just met dig deep—and finding ourselves cheering like we’d known them for years 😎👊🏻

You see the finish line in the video. We get to hear what it took to get there. That’s the part that ALWAYS stays with us 🫶

@rachaellynndelavern and I are still figuring out a lot as we build @visioncontentco. But weekends like this remind us why we started 💯

To everyone who trusted us with your content: thank you. We came home tired, grateful, and with a whole lot of stories to tell🖤🎥

Vision takes on D.C. 🎬

⏰ The alarm goes off. You’ve got two choices.

Hit snooze and stay comfortable—or get up, show up, and put in the work.

Growth doesn’t happen under the covers. It happens when you walk into Gnarly 60, even when getting out of bed was the hardest part.

The workout is better with people beside you, pushing through it too. 🔥

Ready to start your day with us? Comment “community” and we’ll help you get started.

Race day goes by FAST — but the moments deserve to last 🎥⚡️

The nerves at the start, the fight through every station, the crowd, the pain cave, and finally crossing that finish line 🙌🏼🏁

There’s so much happening during your race that you don’t get to see — that’s where we come in 🎬📸
