As my sweet rocker friend @leilanikilgore recently told me “ you have to pay your respects to the patron saint of the road”. Had to make a mandatory stop at the Amarillo, Texas “Buc-ee’s” (gas station/truck stop/supermarket/Costco/Sharper Image/Amazon store..) even got to take a picture with the foreman patron Saint himself.

Wait for the special guest at the end… 😏🐐

I’m surprised by how many people in Amarillo haven’t heard of this song! 😅😅 (for reference, a famous UK comedian, Peter Kay, made a hilarious video about Amarillo and we obviously had to have a go)!

We couldn’t not do the Peter Kay walk — it had to be done 😂 Full commitment with baby goats… 😂😭🐐 Don’t know how we kept straight faces.

Best places in Amarillo:

📍Historic District, Route 66
📍 Cadillac Ranch
📍 Palo Duro Canyon
