Ahhh the mighty Lemon’ good for sucking but best enjoyed in the expression of Delizia Al Limone: citrus soaked diplomate glazed 2 biter that will make you feel things… that with some Gamay D’Auvergne from Amelie and Alex in the Claremont Ferrand that Coco and Tony have pulled from the large Vintec near U11 and you won’t be able to differentiate the Amalfi Coast from this Urban Storage Facility?

Salutations; its that time of the year again where the heads turn for the laser beams that are the wines from the Southern Rhone; don’t be fooled sometimes paleish sometimes rose or not but always full of energy and concentration. A disciple of the lizard king himself (Eric Pfifferling / L’Anglore) - Romain Le Bars farms 9ha of Tavel and the surrounds producing wines of clarity, concentration and detail.

Paired with some Pipi’s the kitcho’s got in…somewhere between lunch and a minor spiritual awakening.

Friday lunch specials!!
~ best enjoyed at our favourite spot on the bar B1 ~

Styria ♥️🤍

One of those places that doesn’t get nearly enough love. Cool Alpine air and rolling green hills produce some of our favourite white wines in the world!

Elias Muster comes from a family that has been making wine here for generations. His dad, Sepp Muster, is one of the names that really put Styria on the map for thoughtful, low-intervention wines, farming organically and working with the steep, green vineyards of the region.

Elias has taken that influence and made it his own. The wines are bright, mineral, pure and full of character.

We’ve been waiting for these wines since Elias visited our shop and told us that Liz ( @vivantselections ) would be bringing his wines a little over a year ago, and are very happy they are finally here.

Available now in limited quantities.

IF LIZ SAYS THE CHABLIS IS GOOD, IT MEANS ITS REALLY FUCKIN GOOD. A VERY SPESH NATTY CHABLIS. COINCIDENTALLY NEIGHBOURS WITH THE de MOORS (WHO ARE ALSO COMIN IN THIS WEEK). PRETTY MUCH THE ONLY 2 making good chablis TBH
