Sometimes, all you need is to be in the right room to be reminded of what’s possible. ✨

This weekend at the Arbonne National Conference was about so much more than business.

It was about leadership, personal growth, community, learning, celebrating and surrounding yourself with people who inspire you to think bigger.

For me, Arbonne represents a vehicle 🚗 an opportunity to build something alongside the life I want to live.

✨A business where I can grow.
✨A community where we support one another.
✨Products I genuinely enjoy sharing.
✨The opportunity to develop new skills and step into leadership.
✨And let’s not forget… having a LOT of fun along the way! ✨🥂

Success looks different for everyone.

But having the right environment, the right support and the willingness to learn can make a huge difference.

I’m excited about where this journey can go🤩 and even more excited about who I’ll become along the way. 💚

As we say goodbye the academic year we want to say a big thank to everyone who has been part of our story this year - to our wonderful tutors, students and all of our fantastic volunteers. And a an extra big thank you to the Short Courses team who work super hard to keep it all running.

This time last year @ellencottom and I decided to start @phoenixrunninghampshire 🩵🧡
And what a year we had!
As two female runners turned race directors, we had one clear goal:
👉 make running races more accessible and welcoming to everyone.
We’re beyond proud (and honestly a little emotional!) to share that across five consecutive events,
🧡 female finishers made up between ~60% and a huge 73% of runners 🧡
To put that into context, many Hampshire events sit around ~30% female finishers, so seeing this level of representation at our races means the world to us.
This was always about opening doors, removing barriers, and creating events where people feel confident, supported, and excited to take part.
🙏 A massive THANK YOU to every single runner
You showed up, you trusted us, you brought the energy, the smiles, the grit, and the community spirit.
We value every one of you. None of this happens without you.
We’re over the moon, super proud, and more motivated than ever to keep building races that truly reflect the running community.
Here’s to many more start lines, finish-line hugs, and celebrations together 💫
