I had a fabulous reflexology and reiki treatment from our new therapist, Edit, yesterday, I'm still feeling wonderful 👣😊 I'm trying her fabulous facial and natural face lift next time! I mean, it would be rude not to!! 😁

A bit later start than planned, but done is done! 3rd run in 7 days, my body doesn't know what's hit it 🤣 Jeffing is definitely the way to go in this heat. Have you ever had a sound bath or sound therapy? I had so much fun this morning giving a spontaneous sound bath to someone who really needed it after an earlier meltdown. I was just learning how to play them really, my first time practising. It was fab, I feel amazing now too.

Lucky I was early for my 8:15am train 😁 I'm so glad I don't commute daily.... 😷 Squished in like sardines 😬

I am so very grateful for my fabulous business(es) and my lovely clients 😊 I love the freedom and flexibility, it suits my ADHD brain. Taking a day off to learn something new 🤓🙃

Squeezing in (excuse the pun) a 20 minute lymphatic drainage session post run and pre client. It would be rude not to 😆 It speeds up recovery and seems to reduce DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness), so great for leg day or marathon training.

Bolsters having an airing while the covers are washed and dried, I'm so excited for the return of the yoga feast next Sunday 22nd March. 3 hours of self indulgence, Yang, yin and yoga nidra. Suitable for beginners. There are a couple of mats still available, DM or WhatsApp to reserve your place 🙏🏼
