Ollie and I want to extend huge acknowledgement to @jorge_bnw, whose photography has been capturing this moment so beautifully.
Thank you Jorge for seeing what we’re building and documenting it through your lens. 📷

As well as @ragtimetavern for hosting us
There’s something about a room full of people making something that didn’t exist five minutes earlier.

Words. Sound. Improvisation. Connection.

This Wednesday night, inner| s p a c e brings Spoken Word × Jazz back into the room — poets, musicians, storytellers and listeners all welcome.

Who said a pram walk is just a walk? 😂💪🏽

A few lunges, a few squats and suddenly we’ve turned our everyday walk into a full-body workout! 🏃🏽‍♀️🩷

No gym. No excuses. Just making movement happen wherever I can. 💪🏽🔥
