Today, AMA turns one. 🤍

One year ago, I opened the doors of AMA with a simple intention: to create a place where people could pause, reconnect, move, feel, release and grow.

I didn’t know exactly what AMA would become. I just knew I wanted to create a space where body, mind and spirit could return to a more natural rhythm.

And then, you became part of the AMA story.

A year of movement and stillness, sharing and listening, questions, laughter, tears, release, vulnerability and connection.

To all the therapists and coaches who help carry AMA: thank you for your knowledge, presence, care and unique energy. You are such an important part of what AMA is today.

And to everyone who has trusted us and walked through these doors: thank you for being part of this first chapter.

One year of learning, growing, moving and feeling — TOGETHER.

One year of deep remembering & soft becoming.

And somehow, it feels like we’re only getting started. 🤍

Vandaag wordt AMA één. 🤍

Een jaar geleden opende ik de deuren van AMA met een eenvoudige intentie: een plek creëren waar mensen kunnen pauzeren, opnieuw verbinding kunnen maken, bewegen, voelen, loslaten en groeien.

Ik wist niet precies wat AMA zou worden. Ik wist alleen dat ik een plek wilde creëren waar body, mind en spirit opnieuw een natuurlijker ritme konden vinden.

En toen werden jullie deel van het AMA-verhaal.

Een jaar van beweging en stilte, delen en luisteren, vragen, lachen, tranen, loslaten, kwetsbaarheid en verbinding.

Aan alle therapeuten en coaches die AMA mee dragen: dankjewel voor jullie kennis, aanwezigheid, zorg en unieke energie. Jullie zijn een belangrijk onderdeel van wat AMA vandaag is.

En aan iedereen die ons heeft vertrouwd en door deze deuren is gestapt: dankjewel om deel uit te maken van dit eerste hoofdstuk.

Eén jaar van leren, groeien, bewegen en voelen — SAMEN.

Eén jaar van deep remembering & soft becoming.

En het voelt alsof we nog maar net begonnen zijn. 🤍

Ik ga eerlijk zijn:
dit moment raakte me meer dan ik had verwacht.
Een paar jaar geleden was dit nog een idee.
Een gevoel. Een verlangen.

En nu stond ik daar,
omringd door al deze therapeuten & coaches bij @Ama_connection die elk hun eigen pad bewandelen,
en toch dezelfde taal spreken.

Voor mij is dat waar Ama voor staat.
Liefde. Verbinding. Uitwisseling.

Niet alleen voor ons als therapeuten/ coaches
maar net zo hard voor de mensen die tot ons komen.
Omdat het soms zoeken is…
naar de juiste plek, de juiste persoon, de juiste begeleiding.

Ama is er om die zoektocht zachter te maken.
Een plek waar je je gedragen voelt,
en waar we samen kijken wat jij nodig hebt.
