CHARGED 🔋| Everyone has limits, but I am not "everyone" 😂

This is one of the coordination assessments we use for our youth athletes to see where we can improve their cognitive/coordination skills.

We are going to ignore the fact that I skipped 7 😂

Eccentric Loading | 🧱

The ability to tolerate eccentric loading at a relatively fast rate is important as a team sport athlete. Prior to progressing to these movements, an athlete must develop a solid found of volume and maximal strength.

At a light to moderate intensity and volume, the athlete can learn to absorb and generate pean forces efficiently and subsequently improve their performance/mitigate injury risks.

Elastic Development | 🧱

Improve your ability to cut, jump and sprint by developing the ability to store and release energy.

Exercises like these are a great progression in rehab and/or performance during your acceleration, velo and max effort blocks.
