POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Excited to welcome one of NYC’s fastest-rising indie tech artists to RE:KORDED. @voltan.ffdg throws down a dynamic mix filled with dramatic buildups, cinematic drops, and irresistible grooves. With wide-ranging selections + original IDs covering indie dance, melodic house, and more, the set offers a textbook example of the unique emotional power of music. Listen now at link in bio.

Texas-born DJ and producer VOLTAN is quickly establishing himself as a rising force in Indie Tech and Tech House. Since stepping behind the decks in 2023, he has built a reputation for delivering high-impact, funky, and emotionally immersive sets that fuse driving percussion with cinematic, melodic depth. Now based in New York City, VOLTAN has performed at some of the city’s most respected venues including Avant Gardner, Superior Ingredients, Elsewhere, and Silo. His dynamic stage presence and refined selections have also earned him festival appearances at Lightning in a Bottle and The Great Heat.

VOLTAN began producing music in 2015, developing a strong foundation in sound design and arrangement before taking a creative hiatus. Reinvigorated by New York City’s underground electronic community and inspired by a new wave of forward-thinking producers, he returned to the studio in 2025 with a sharpened vision and evolved sound.

I’M NOT READY TO LEAVE THE RAVE 😎😎

Me and @voltan.ffdg decided to start a new project called @casafina.music (as if working 12h/day and DJing as BERNO wasn’t enough 😂), and I still can’t get over our debut set with @samacollectiveny.

Balancing a high demanding job with personal life and two music projects has been a little crazy, but 100% worth it.. the best part is that It’s pushed me to get back to making music, which is what I truly love doing. We’ve already got a few bangers cooking that we seriously can’t wait to share.

In the meantime, here are a few tracks we’ve been obsessed with lately—some of ours, some from artists we’ve been loving to play. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do 💛 BERNO

1. Max Styler - Backtrack Blow Up
2. Millero, Alt Control - Amanda
3. casafina, BERNO - Dim Lights ft. @brandon_blevins
4. Adam Ten - Spring Girl
5. Dopeboy James - LET IT GO
6. Millero, Alt Control - Dynamite
7. casafina, BERNO, Voltan - Control Theory
8. BERNO, casafina - No Break Lights
9. Volkoder - Move Baby
10. Vintage Culture, OMRI. - Rock the Beat
11. Darco - Honest (Audio Junkies remix)
12. Max Styler, Ad-Apt - One More (Solomun remix)

If I showed up to electric forest with only a bubble gun, a wooden spoon, and a bag of franzia, I would be okay

Side note: in my mind, it’s totally not too late to make this post bc my suitcase still hasn’t been unpacked ✨

Still taking it all in. 💚

This year I had the honor of being the resident DJ for the salon at Electric Forest - a place where I got to blend my two biggest passions: beauty and music.

I’m so grateful for everyone who trusted me, supported me, played with us, and helped make this experience so special. I met incredible artists, made unforgettable memories, and grew so much as both a DJ and a creative.

Thank you to everyone who was part of the magic. My heart is so full, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me next 🌲✨
