Excited to welcome one of NYC’s fastest-rising indie tech artists to RE:KORDED. @voltan.ffdg throws down a dynamic mix filled with dramatic buildups, cinematic drops, and irresistible grooves. With wide-ranging selections + original IDs covering indie dance, melodic house, and more, the set offers a textbook example of the unique emotional power of music. Listen now at link in bio.

Texas-born DJ and producer VOLTAN is quickly establishing himself as a rising force in Indie Tech and Tech House. Since stepping behind the decks in 2023, he has built a reputation for delivering high-impact, funky, and emotionally immersive sets that fuse driving percussion with cinematic, melodic depth. Now based in New York City, VOLTAN has performed at some of the city’s most respected venues including Avant Gardner, Superior Ingredients, Elsewhere, and Silo. His dynamic stage presence and refined selections have also earned him festival appearances at Lightning in a Bottle and The Great Heat.

VOLTAN began producing music in 2015, developing a strong foundation in sound design and arrangement before taking a creative hiatus. Reinvigorated by New York City’s underground electronic community and inspired by a new wave of forward-thinking producers, he returned to the studio in 2025 with a sharpened vision and evolved sound. taken in New York, New York by @voltan.ffdg

From meeting at a pregame two years ago, to being on our first line up together (shout out to House Hats), to hanging every weekend, to our first b2b at a dream venue, to the creation of the casafina project after seeing Adam Ten, to our first headline slot (shout out to SAMA), to now finally releasing our first casafina track from our EP.

This Saturday we celebrate our first release under Casafina at Laissez Faire back where it all began, Manhattan

Thank you to all who have ever heard us play whether it was at a pregame, afters, or on stage

This Saturdays for you 🙏🙏
