Faith over Anxiety

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Trusted God every step of the way and still trusting him now ☺️ Boy did I move by Faith 😅 I pray I never lose that faith and the support system that held me through it all.

If you had 1 week left in Nigeria for a while, what’s one thing you’d definitely make out time to eat??

For me it was Amala Ibadan and Meddy’s Shawarma 🤤

I thought my first post after moving to a new country ✈️ would be a relocation Vlog probably with that overused TikTok audio to signify my entrance into a new dispensation.

However this post is something slightly different and if you’d like context, do keep📱reading .

Living in a new country 🇬🇧 has proven to be the greatest test of resilience. Everyday I wake up I ask myself how much more embarrassing can it get? 🫠🫣 Am I willing to be caught trying yet again?

Since my first bus ride in the city, when I in full blown panic mode kept asking the driver to notify me when he got to my stop, I have never let go of my Google map on any bus trip but not today.

Today, I got lost in Benito’s Super Bowl 🏈 halftime performance until I realized that I was at the wrong station.

The Central theme of that show was ROOTS

Packing your life in 2 suitcases and moving across the ocean can make you feel like a leaf blowing 🍂 in the wind.

No branches or roots.

Performances like his reminds you that there’s a home you left to pursue your dreams and not being there physically doesn’t mean it stops being a part of you.

Let me sneak it in here that while I was streaming bad bunny’s music and dancing in my room, I recalled that the last time I danced like this was when I was a student📚in the university 6 years ago dancing in Room A4/05 and now I’m a student again. It is the most surreal feeling.

🎬 First Look: Rehearsals from Our School Health Club Exhibition!

On Friday, 24th October 2025, our Schistosomiasis School Health Club held its first-ever exhibition— the culmination of six weeks of hands-on learning and community engagement.

From peer-led education, quiz competitions, and soap-making classes for WASH, to community walks, drama presentations, and the design of information materials, our incredible students — proudly calling themselves the “Warriors Against Schistosomiasis”— showcased their creativity, leadership, and deepened understanding of Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs), especially Schistosomiasis.

We were honoured to host community members, parents, health workers, teachers, university lecturers and researchers, and the Anambra State Ministry of Health NTDs Control Unit, alongside our dedicated public and private partners who share our vision for healthier communities.

Our facilitators included fresh graduates of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (like Ms. Jonathan @jojo_diva205 ), subject teachers in Biology and Physical & Health Education, and community health workers from the Model Primary Health Centre, Umuagu Nnobi.

💛 A heartfelt "thank you" to everyone who supported this journey — especially the @wghnigeria team, and my hashtag#EmpowerHerHealth Fellowship facilitators, Omolara Oyinlola and Dr @cassieakinde whose mentorship, encouragement, and guidance made this activity possible.

Special appreciation to our guest speakers, Pharm. @soulumto and Dr. Godson Anyaorah. The Anambra State NTDs Coordinator, Mr. Mmaduabuchi emmanuel and to Ms. @youceeanaekwe and Ms. @eunicejacob_c who took intentional steps to bring visibility to the project.

To the board, teachers and students of Christ The King Seminary School Nnobi and the entire community of Nnobi, Idemmili South LGA, Anambra State— thank you for your warm embrace, energy, and belief in the power of grassroots health education.

Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing highlights from each moment of this inspiring journey.
Join us as we redefine health education.

Day 16 of 28 days of Content

The one where I tried out bold red lips and decided that it’s not for me.

Lipstick is the famous Mac Ruby Woo and it delivered as usual.

I tried the vitamin E capsules after seeing a TikTok video but long before that I and my sister were buying it and mixing it into creams without any information about what it is or what it does.

What have you heard about this capsule and have you used it before?

Mini twists are so easy to fall in love with 😍💕

Once you get over how long they take to install and takedown. You just can’t resist them😋.

This one is for my girlies that want a video on how to style their mimi twists. I hope I did justice to it 😁 let me know your favorite style in the comments 🩷
