Thank you so much for all the love you showed me yesterday 💕

Yesterday was the final day of my 28 days of content and I’m shocked I posted every single day.

My last birthday came with a lot of fear and worry about what the year would bring. It felt sort of heavy. But I went through that year, experienced new things, faced challenges, and still managed to bounce back and come out stronger every single time.

Now I’m stepping into a new year, and I’m actually excited to see what it’s going to bring.
Mostly because I’m no longer working by my own strength. I now know there’s nothing life can throw at me that God hasn’t already prepared me for.

So here’s to new experiences, growth, amazing people I’ll encounter, and everything this new year has in store for me ✨

And of course… I saved my smile for last after all those serious-serious pictures from yesterday 😌

Glowing and Growing ✨

I don’t say it aloud but I have anxiety around big days forgetting that God is always in control of everything. Today like every other day is a reminder of the goodness of God in my life and I just want to bask in it.

I thought my first post after moving to a new country ✈️ would be a relocation Vlog probably with that overused TikTok audio to signify my entrance into a new dispensation.

However this post is something slightly different and if you’d like context, do keep📱reading .

Living in a new country 🇬🇧 has proven to be the greatest test of resilience. Everyday I wake up I ask myself how much more embarrassing can it get? 🫠🫣 Am I willing to be caught trying yet again?

Since my first bus ride in the city, when I in full blown panic mode kept asking the driver to notify me when he got to my stop, I have never let go of my Google map on any bus trip but not today.

Today, I got lost in Benito’s Super Bowl 🏈 halftime performance until I realized that I was at the wrong station.

The Central theme of that show was ROOTS

Packing your life in 2 suitcases and moving across the ocean can make you feel like a leaf blowing 🍂 in the wind.

No branches or roots.

Performances like his reminds you that there’s a home you left to pursue your dreams and not being there physically doesn’t mean it stops being a part of you.

Let me sneak it in here that while I was streaming bad bunny’s music and dancing in my room, I recalled that the last time I danced like this was when I was a student📚in the university 6 years ago dancing in Room A4/05 and now I’m a student again. It is the most surreal feeling. by @vonn_luce
