Spent the weekend at @luminstudionyc for Summer Market.

Thank you to @vothearchive for organizing this beautiful market.

Two days full of conversation, slow and intentional moments shared over iced coffee. Thank you to everyone that stopped by and shared a smile.

The flash brew is a traditional Japanese method of brewing iced coffee.

Here I present my process, using hand made mineralized ice and @thoughtfulcoffeenyc Mate Mateyos 74158 - Ethiopia Coffee, served in a 100% natural compostable cup from @wasaraofficial .

At Muted Entity we aim to reveal the nuances, and natural flavors of coffee through our brewing process. We honor the producers and roasters work by serving only black coffee.

Offering you the opportunity to taste the contributions each person made to the coffee, unadulterated.

Contrary to popular practice, a non plastic cup was chosen to conseal the contents of the Iced drink. With limited visual queues, the coffee is only shown during the brewing process…

We hope to redirect your attention inward. Allowing you to focus your senses to just taste and smell.

I believe a beautiful cup of coffee doesn’t need to be seen, but tasted and enjoyed.

Thank you @luminstudionyc @vothearchive for choosing Muted Entity Coffee Experience.

And thank you for stopping by!

What if…PHOS did a coffee run? What would that look like?
This time we made a pit stop at @silenceplease
This cafe/listening space just exudes elevated gallery vibes. So you already know we had to dress the part.
Which coffee shop/tea house should we do next?
