Kids should learn how to be around dogs.

Not just because it keeps them safe.

But because dogs can teach them something we sometimes forget to teach enough of:

**Kindness.**

Be gentle.
Respect space.
Listen when someone says “enough” even when they don’t say it with words.

The kids in this carousel were absolutely wonderful around the dogs. Calm, curious, gentle and respectful.

And that matters.

Because learning to treat an animal with kindness isn’t just about becoming better around dogs.

It’s about learning that every living being has boundaries, feelings and a right to feel safe.

(Good kids don’t just know how to play with dogs.
They know how to respect them)
