✨Connection is a practice too.✨

So often we think of yoga as an individual journey. But some of life’s most meaningful lessons are learned in relationship; with friends, family, partners, and community.

Join us for a playful and supportive Partner Yoga Workshop where we’ll explore movement, balance, trust, and connection while supporting and deepening poses through shared practice.

Expect partner poses, supported stretches, mindful movement, laughter, and lots of fun!

No prior experience needed. All levels welcome.

Bring a friend, sibling, parent, partner, or fellow yogi, or come solo and we’ll help pair you up.

🗓 Saturday, June 13
⏰ 3:30 -5:30pm
📍 @yoyoyogis

Escape the heat for a couple hours ☀️and come experience what happens when yoga becomes something we share. 🤗🤗

It’s hard to choose just 20 🤩😍🥹

This woman has been central to everything YoYo for the past 5 years.

Friend, Teacher, Mentor, Confidant, Cheerleader, Inspirer, Student, Leader, Seeker.

Her impact wide and deep. Her lessons lasting. Her intentions honest and pure. We’ve all benefitted from her words, heart and presence.

We hope you can join us in celebrating Chera and all she’s meant to this community on the Summer Solstice—June 21st @ 1015a—just days before her birthday!

We’ll begin with Chera’s final offering and end with a big ol’ party, YoYo style. We’re keepin’ the details 🤫 but we guarantee a nostalgic good ol’ MAD LOVE send off before she heads to Austin, TX to finish her Doctorate in Psychology.

Please share a favorite Chera lesson below 🫶

Mine was in how she lived her life. Always busy, she always made her people and her passions a priority. Her life outside these walls were FULL to the brim; yet you would never know it when she was with us. So present, so open and never not showing up! 💞🪻🧘‍♀️

We love your Cher and will miss you MADLY!

Since returning from Brazil yesterday, there’s been a gentle shift

Where what was lived in real time
slowly softens into memory,
yet doesn’t disappear.
It lingers.
It breathes.
It continues to move through the body, the heart and the mind in subtle waves.

It’s not something that has fully ended,
but something that is integrating;
weaving itself into the way I feel,
the way I see,
the way I love.

More than anything I’m bathing in an ocean of gratitude.

Gratitude for Brazil
for the warmth of the land,
the rhythm, the color, the aliveness in everything.

Gratitude for the people
for being welcomed into stories, into homes, into history.
For the laughter, the connection, the feeling of belonging in places once unknown.

Gratitude for roots
for feeling the depth behind a person, a family, a community, a culture.

Experiences like this don’t just live in memory.
They become part of us.
They soften us.
Open us.
Expand us in so many ways.

Still sitting in it.
Still letting it move through.

Brazil, and all those who were part of the magic, thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🇧🇷🫶

Rise and shine ☀️….and thrive.

Before the world pulls you in a hundred directions,

Just breath.
Just movement.
Just flow into each moment, exactly as it is…
Feeling free, present, and grateful to be alive

Maybe that’s enough to change the tone of everything that follows. ✨

My favorite Everything ☀️🌴🌊👙🧘‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️
the love, the view, the practice, the sun… the freedom

moments like this feel like a quiet exhale
like life, just as it is, is perfect

flowing, laughing, moving together
held by the ocean, warmed by the light

these are the kind of moments life is about;
peace, beauty, joy and flow

may we all have more of these 🙏
