What an absolute whirlwind of a September. So, so, so thankful for all the new memories, friendships with people from all over the world, and unforgettable experiences. My heart is so full and my brain is so exhausted. 💛

What @redbull and @hyrox365official created here is rare

And to say thank you to everyone involved feels a bit small

In a world of carefully curated content, it was beautiful to see people drop their guard, open up and connect

It takes courage to be vulnerable (especially in a room full of people you’ve only just met)

The coaches shared their knowledge and experience, but also what they were unsure about. They challenged us and each other. I loved handing over the mic and listening to them

Coaching is about knowledge and education, of course. It’s also about helping an athlete feel seen and safe enough to open up, try things and grow. I got to watch people do that for each other.

Thank you to all the coaches for throwing yourselves into every session and activity. I learned so much from you. And thank you to Red Bull, HYROX and the team around us for letting me be part of it.

I won’t forget how these few days made me feel. They reminded me exactly of my why

📸 thank you @marcelomaragni

When Dani asks you a fun fact

And then asks you to show your fun fact to a room full of people

Red Bull gives you wiiings

Everyone needs a George when there are this many moving parts

We put a lot into this session. Getting to watch the coaches try it for themselves was the best bit

Talking with coaches who are brave enough to share their thoughts. My favourite kind of session.

Obrigado, Brazil. 🇧🇷

I'm still processing the last few days at the Red Bull HYROX Coaches Camp 2026, and one thing is clear: I didn't just come home with new knowledge. I came home with a new standard.

Being in a room full of the best HYROX coaches from around the world is humbling. Everyone brought something different, and everyone was there for the same reason: to get better, so the athletes we coach get better.

We trained hard. We learned harder. We talked programming, pacing, recovery, race strategy, and what separates good athletes from great ones. Every session made me sharper, and every conversation made me think.

And between the sessions? Real people and real connections. Coaches I now call friends. That's what I'll remember most.

A massive thank you to @redbull for creating an experience that was world-class from start to finish. The detail, the energy, the care: you set the bar.

To @hyroxworld thank you for building a sport that keeps pushing people past what they thought was possible, and for investing in the coaches who guide them there.

And to @hyrox365 thank you for the education, the platform, and the vision. You're raising the level of coaching in this sport, and I'm proud to be part of it.

For me, this camp confirmed what I believe: performance starts with the basics, and nothing is more basic than how you breathe. I'm bringing everything I learned back home, into my coaching and into every athlete I work with. Brazil, you were unreal. Red Bull, HYROX, HYROX365 thank you. This one will stay with me for a long time. 🙏

Let's get to work. 💪

Big shoutout to @marcelomaragni for capturing all these beautiful moments, what an amazing Photographer 📷 #HYROX #RedBull #HYROX365 #CoachesCamp #TrainAIR

@redbull x @hyrox365official 🇧🇷 Coaches Camp Day 2 ✅

Started the day bright and early at 6am with a temperature and humidity practical session exploring the impacts of different cooling strategies on RPE during a training session

Considerations for coaching male vs female athletes with @drbrynachrismas and @jackbirch.coach

During a later session we dove into the data we collected from our AM practical session on cooling strategies with @dr.adam.storey and @drbrynachrismas

We ended day 2 with a big football-themed team workout designed by @w.dans

4 sections
8 HYROX stations
1 workout
1 winning team 😎🏆

Finished off with a final team dinner and of course the after party 🎉

Where we shared a few drinks and some questionable dance moves to remember our experience together 🍻
