21 years together. ❤️ We’ve grown individually, grown together, and built a life that is so much bigger and more beautiful than when we first started. When I stop and really think about it, I realize that I’m living so many of the things I once prayed and hoped for. The life we have now is the life I once dreamed about. A home filled with love, two beautiful boys, memories, laughter, chaos, and a family that we created together ❤️ Happy 21 years to us. Here’s to everything we’ve built, everything we’ve been through, and all the memories and adventures still ahead. I love doing life with you, my ride or die. Happy Anniversary 🥂 #theKUEHLS #21years #8yearweddinganniv

Discipline isn’t loud. It doesn’t need applause. It doesn’t wait for the perfect moment or the right mood. It’s the choice to show up when you’re tired. To push when every part of you wants to stop. To stay committed long after the excitement fades. Because champions aren’t built by motivation… They’re built by discipline. Every rep. Every set. Every day.
