THE GRIZZLY MINI MURPH RECAP | 7/18/2026

This event was such a fun competition, and a month later looking back on it, it’s insane to see how far we’ve come.

The challenge was a half mile, 25 pull-ups, 50 push-ups, 75 squats, and a half mile… as fast as you can.

Who wants a Mini Murph 2.0?

Ragnar Zion 2026 – The Snacks

You cannot do a Ragnar without nutrition.
Well… calories.
Ok, fine. Sugar.

Ice cream cookie sandwiches, beer, milkshakes, acai bowls, beer, s’mores, and beer. Then a little more beer. It may not have been a textbook fueling strategy, but it got the job done.

What’s the point of all this cardio if you can’t indulge in some excess sugar!!

Ragnar Zion 2026 – The View

One thing that sets a Ragnar Trail event apart is the view.

And Zion was no exception . The scenery on the trail was absolutely incredible, the kind of landscape that makes you stop to take it all in and forget, at least for a moment, that your legs are tired and your brain is running on very little sleep.
Pictures help, but they still do not quite capture how beautiful it is in person.
The race was an experience. The view made it unforgettable.
