Need help securing your spot as the favorite child? Or just want to thank your mom (because let’s face it, there’s no way to repay her)? A good Christmas gift for Mom is thoughtful, useful and maybe a little unexpected—yet totally appreciated. For ideas, take stock of your mom’s activities or the things she’s always talking about. Try to find a gift that fits her interests, enhances her day-to-day or spoils her with a special treat. To help you get started with 22 of our favorite holiday gift ideas for moms, head to the link in bio. (📸: Various Editors)

When the light hits your sound instruments just right. Intimate moments from last week’s @the.drawout retreat at @theshorelinetofino.

A gathering of wonderful, open & warm women: athletes, creatives and entrepreneurs, sometimes all three at once. To close out the retreat, a gentle sound journey to drop everyone into the theta brainwave state and to open the heart to expansion & possibility.

Thank you @bridgetkellyr, @laurenlryan & @taylorgodber for creating space for others through this. May this be one of many more sound journeys with The Drawout to come.

Mornings like these >>>> 😌 Our founder, @liv.bowser, shares moments from her mindful morning routine. When we dedicate the morning towards prioritizing our mind + body, we feel much more energized and ready to embrace the rest of the day. Whether it's meditating BEFORE you start up your laptop for work or simply jotting down your goals for the day, try setting aside some time in the morning to put YOU first. What do you look forward to in the morning?👇🏼
