Hey you! Thank you for being here. There are more followers here as of lately and we want to thank you for supporting us. And if you haven’t stopped by our popups yet, please do! We truly believe everyday is worth treating yourself and having a little break from it all. It’s been really enjoyable getting to meet and getting to know you all.

One of the great things about being in Wallflour’s space is allowing everyone the opportunity to sit and linger while you sip your coffee, catch up with a friend and savor one of our pastries. It’s really rewarding.

Just like last week, you can catch us on both Saturday AND Sunday at @wallflourpizza with fun fall espresso drinks by @nodaysoffcafe.

Hey, did you get the news yet?

We’ll be popping up both days this weekend on Saturday AND Sunday at @wallflourpizza with espresso drinks by @nodaysoffcafe. And there will be two savory pastries. And apparently it will be warm again so there will definitely be more tíramisu & almond meringue cake to keep you cool. But also pumpkin cake for the hopeful fall friends out there. So much good news!

You know the drill- we’ll see you this weekend ☀️

Proud to be a Mexican American woman in barbecue. ❤️🔥🙌🏽

Years of cooking, creating, building, and growing something we believed in from the very beginning.

Representation matters, and I’m proud to bring my own voice, perspective, and passion to an industry I love.

Grateful for opportunities like Hustle & Heart to share our journey, the lessons we’ve learned, and what it takes to build a restaurant from the ground up.

There’s so much more to barbecue than what happens at the pit, and I’m proud to be part of it all.

Thank you, Martin, for moderating the conversation and to the Hustle & Heart team for bringing us together.

PASTRY SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!

Apparently y’all really enjoy laminated pastry so we will be ramping up the production on all those items so more of you can try. Most of the Pavé staples will also be available and of course Apple Fritters.

We will continue to introduce fall flavored pastry as more fruit becomes available at the farmers market and it cools down a bit.

As always we appreciate our hosts, our guests and everyone supporting us and spreading the word 🥰

This week, we will only be popping up on Sunday 10/11 @wallflourpizza. We’ll share more info on dates soon, or you can head to our website to view our monthly calendar.

The cheesecake brioche was perfect. Blue corn sable not pictured because I devoured it 😅 Excited to make French toast with that croissant loaf too. Anddd most definitely coming back for that tiramisu and apple fritter!

This Panama Janson iced pour over was sooo smooth and refreshing. Delicious. I could use another one with this heatwave 🥵☀️

Before this year I’d never had pan de muerto but now I’m so curious to try everyone’s take on it. Absolutely loved this one and I’m excited to try Alejandra’s other pastries ✨

This entire spread was absolutely amazing. I thought about it for days 😅

I know everyone raves about the tuna sandwich but the brisket sandwich is so good 😮‍💨

I’ve missed coming here to work on Fridays so this was an extra nice visit. Tried the new seasonal, sweet potato spice latte ✨

So. Damn. Good. I love this place. Top flavor is halo halo and the bottom is mais con queso.

I’ve been craving Wallflour for a minute. Have yet to try the tavern pizza, but soon!

I basically ran when I saw black sesame AND red bean 🔥

This week is going to look a little different for our popup schedule. We have a full weekend coming up! Two special opportunities to come say hi to your neighborhood bakers

Join us on Saturday Oct 3rd at @lilcansandbottles for their seed starting workshop as a part of @ladesignweekend. We’ll be there starting at 10am with your favorite pastries. However, no fried items for lil’ Cans; we only want to serve those at their best, when they’re hot & fresh. The coffee cart will be open, and there will be Greek food by @calamakila and build your own bouquet by @longlostbuds 🌼 🛻

We will be back at @wallflourpizza with @nodaysoffcafe for our first ever Sunday, October 4th, 8- 11am with our regularly scheduled programming, including fritters. For those of you that haven’t been able to make it out on a Saturday, we hope to see you.

We’re working on more menu changes and you better believe we will have more croissant loaves. They went so fast this week!🌀

We will see you then!
