A busy couple of weeks finishing off two projects and starting three new

• Photographed two recently completed projects, including this Soho House-inspired living room.

• Project 1: Finalising the brief and gathering quotes for a full house renovation in Putney.

• Project 2: Meeting a lovely new client to discuss their living room.

• Project 3: Catching up with returning clients about their next phase of work.

And our updated website is now live

But the best part? All our new projects have come through recommendations from happy clients. There's really no better compliment, and we're very grateful! ❤️ Photography @lovelunalight_interiors

I spend a lot of time looking at art, and while vintage paintings will always be at the heart of @hueandholasz, there are plenty of contemporary artists whose work I’d very happily hang.

These are 10 I love — different styles, different price points, some established, some perhaps new to you.

Where to shop for affordable art as a professional interior designer 🖌️

Loads of you requested this one! A real range for everyone here in terms of style & price point - “affordable art” can mean anything from a £10 second-hand print to a few hundred pounds (or more) for an original piece. These are some of my go-to places for sourcing artwork without needing to spend a fortune, whilst there are some options for special pieces too!

Drop your affordable art recommendations in the comments below and save this for when you’re next on the artwork hunt 🖼️

We’re so pleased with the progress on our kitchen, here’s some close up’s.
We haven’t quite got the shelf *bits* nailed yet, and we still need to install a cooker hood (we’re burying our heads in the sand with that one for a bit. We need a break from kitchen work for a while).

We absolutely love our bi-fold door.. when our garden is done, it’s really going to allow us to open up and enjoy indoor/outdoor London living ✨

And finally as it’s Father’s Day, can’t post the kitchen without crediting him for helping us install it.. and for helping us up-skill and have confidence with DIY 🙏🏻
