Hi, I’m Kate an Artist and vintage Art collector Based in Yorkshire.

Together with my Husband, Marc and little boy Bertie we run Wallis Studios. Travelling across Europe sourcing vintage Art and Painting in my studio in the English countryside.

My pieces are inspired by the beauty of the countryside that surrounds me. I hope my work evokes a feeling of peace and tranquillity, characterised by large-scale florals and abstracts, using acrylic on canvas.

“The Artist table” - oil on rustic linen canvas.
Unsigned - undated - est 1950/60s

I saw something on here recently about ‘unfinished art’ and this piece really caught my eye when sourcing on our most recent trip to France. 🇫🇷

I love the soft blue colour pallet with the only tiny touches of pink and yellow on the artist paints on laying on the table in the back ground.

Honestly this is becoming a bit of a joke. My work supports me and my family. These pieces take so many hours for someone to just take for their own gain 💔 Even having the audacity to use my name.

There are still some pieces remaining from the Petite collection that launch yesterday.

All acrylic on canvas, edged in pine and ready to hang. Prices start from £350.

There’s only 22 pieces available in the new smaller sizes and have no plans to paint more before the end of the year in these sizes.
