We wanted to congratulate Walter “The School Boy” Sarnoi Oupathana on wrapping up a historic boxing career. From fighting on the streets of L.A. to capturing a WBC title, Walter’s journey is a testament to the human spirit. No doubt his greatest honor was representing his ancetrial homeland of Laos on the international stage. Walter was the first Lao American granted honorary Lao citizenship that is afforded to athletes of exceptional ability. He paved the way for future athletes with Lao heritage to do the same. Congratulations @waltersarnoi !

🚨Are you in the wrong weight class?!🚨

How can you tell?

❌ Your starting weight is always 20% or more over your fight weight

❌ You have to cut more “water weight” each fight

❌ You have to starve yourself all of camp to make weight

❌ You can never be under 10% of your fight weight 7 days out from weigh-ins

❌ You’re constantly getting sick or injured every time you enter camp.

Topic inspired by @condition.nutrition ! A very important topic because way too many fighters strive to fight in weight classes they are not meant to compete in.

Can you make weight safely and effectively while avoiding everything I’ve listed above? Message me and let’s evaluate what’s the best competition weight for you!
