We didn’t win that $100k USD grand prize, but it’s been a dream come true and one of the greatest experiences ever as an athlete competing representing a country at the 2021 World Boxing Championships in 🇷🇸 Serbia as the only representative of 🇱🇦. The best of every country came to compete and to be here competing at one of the highest levels in sports, I’m grateful. Over 90 countries here which made it so good. Thank you for everyone that continues to support me and my dreams. Friends, Family, Olympic committee Laos 🇱🇦 , sponsors, @dreamwalkcoffee @harborrx , Sustainable Global Solutions. Blessed to have everyone one of you have my back til the end. #ThankGod #boxing #prizefighting #worldchampionships #aiba2021wch #paris2024 #aibawchs2021 #laos #laopdr #aiba #worldchampionships #schoolboyboxing by @waltersarnoi

Even at the gym, you never know who you might run into! Had the pleasure of meeting the U.S. President’s newly appointed senior official Cam Hamilton, former U.S. Navy SEAL. A pleasure meeting you, sir! #unexpected #respect #service #gymlife taken in Washington, DC by @waltersarnoi

Blessed is an understatement. 🌎🙏🏽🤿 And thankfully, I didn’t see any sharks! 🦈😂

Celebrated birthday in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands 🇲🇵 gave me so much to reflect on how far life has taken me.

While exploring the Northern Mariana Islands—once a Japanese colony—I visited powerful historical places, including Suicide Cliff and the atomic-bomb loading pits.

Travel has taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of continuing to move forward—no matter the challenge.

Before my 40th bday, I was blessed to visit 66 countries, experience diverse cultures, build lasting friendships, and create memories I’ll carry with me forever.

The true blessing isn’t the number—it’s the people I’ve met, the experiences I’ve shared, and the perspective I’ve gained along the way.

From training and boxing around the world to exploring new depths underwater, I’m grateful for every country, every experience, and every chapter. Thank God for the journey so far—and the journey ahead. 🌎🥊🤿🙏🏽

Rest easy dad.
Spent my Easter in Thailand on 2 days notice…
and found out my dad passed away at 85.

We laid him to rest in Ratchaburi, Thailand.

Time is undefeated.

I’m grateful my kids got to meet their grandpa.
Grateful for the years I had with him…
and the memories that will stay with me forever.

Those 2AM night walks in Bangkok…
just talking about life…
I didn’t know how much they would mean one day.

When I was a child, I was even introduced to influential people of the country 🇹🇭 .
a moment I didn’t fully understand back then,
but now I see how much history and life my dad carried.

We come into this world with nothing…
and we leave the same way.

Rest in peace, Dad.
May God rest your soul.

Had the beautiful opportunity to fly my friend’s plane. It’s hard to beat, flying to have lunch in Vegas, Catalina Island, or New York, and then coming back to Los Angeles for dinner. #flying #privatecharter by @waltersarnoi
