For the last six years, we’ve been dialing in our grow supplies. Now we’re taking what we’ve learned and making the same clean, reliable inputs we use in our own cultivation available to home growers and hobbyists.

Our grain starts with locally sourced Colorado oats from @rootshootmalting . From there, our in-house grain tech @mystickitchenco handles hydration and sterilization, dialing in each bag so it’s ready for inoculation when it gets to you.

Our goal is to take some of the guesswork out of the process and give you a better chance at successfully growing your own mushrooms.

You can find all of our supplies including our 3lb sterilized bag of oats on our new website:

AND a big shout out to @foxandnug for the photoshoot!

@bloodlinekulinarny threw a birthday party for Princess Jasmine last night! ✨ (Actually, it was to celebrate the teaching community of @outerbanksyoga but the table was giving "Jasmine at Sea"!)

Many thanks to @obxpopuppicnics for lending us tables and filling gaps in tableware as we continue to build a collection of our own aesthetic. 🥂 It was a truly magical group of supportive and joyful women.

Feel free to ask about transforming your current dinner booking into a 🪄✨ *POOF* 💨✨ -- magical beach picnic!

Yesterday was a labor of love in many ways-- from tediously dying the linen napkins with black bean water-- to the edible soil pictured (above 🔝). I am EXHAUSTED but so honored and proud to have created this together.

Thank you to everyone that came,

and to @boughandvinemanteo
@georganneubanks
@clairelynch.photography @jill.sea.thompson
@vibrant_space @heavenlyportionfamilyfarm

and my dearest partner, Zak, my greatest cheerleader and collaborative schemer. It could quite literally never have happened without you.

Keep an eye out for our next OBX event announcement.

I am so stoked on the website that @wanderwise.design and I created together. (BUT...)

We were able to take the colors and textures out of my head, and jump forward to something presentable and tangible. BUT NOW, as a new business owner, I am totally at a loss for how to keep the momentum up. How to appease the algorithm? To gain new followers? To find places for my work, my art, to be SEEN.

It felt so POWERFUL and FULFILLING and CREATIVE to put my years of photographs to use. To stage tablescapes in the evening, while blasting Lana, and Taylor, and Billie, and feel like everything I've learned over the last 15 years is finally coming together. To a place that feels exactly like me.

But regardless of what I create, and how connected it makes me feel to present it, it feels like it's not enough to be seen in the sea of overconsumption.

So basically what I'm saying is I'm super curious about how y'all, creators and otherwise, find the balance? Because my instinct is to create, but the world we live in doesn't seem to love the movement (or lack thereof) of my work. I finally have something to be proud to show. How do I get y'all to see?! Are ya 👀 lookin? Drop a comment below if you're here! 💖

Join me and @calliway_jo in paradise this October! We will be guiding a 4 day soul recharge retreat at my most favorite mountain, hot springs resort in Colorado, @mtprinceton

In the 4 days, we will recharge the soul with laughter, relaxation, massage, yoga, dance, sound healing, inspiration, cacao, healthy movement and plenty of uplifting sunshine ☀️

We want you there and want to share this slice of paradise WITH you! 🙌

I always arrive at @mtprinceton stressed out, exhausted, and ready to turn off my phone (or burn it, haha). And, every time, no matter how many days I spend there soaking, I always leave feeling reconnected, nurtured, happy and uplifted. The mountains and 14’ers, combined with the hot springs, have a special Mother Earth vibe that is extra extra nurturing.

We want to share the magic of this place with you… and to add even more #magic to this experience, so that there’s a 💯 guarantee you will have a life-changing 4 day soul adventure!

In this massage retreat, to enhance the magic, you will learn :
~Self healing techniques to apply daily
~ Partner massage to bring back home and share with your friends and family
~ Emotional release technique (EFT) to have an free, effective tool for releasing negative emotions

In the four days we will:
~ Soak, sauna, steam at the spa and cold plunge (as a group) in the river !
~Enjoy beautiful fall hikes to see the leaf 🍁 changes
~ Journal, get clarity on Winter goals
~ do ALL kinds of yoga: laughter yoga, AcroYoga, partner yoga, and water yoga
~ meditate and fly on Sound healing gong bath meditation + cacao ceremony

… and so much more!
